There are negative reviews of this hotel but to be honest for the money it’s perfectly ok. It looks and feels like a Premier Inn from the 80s so the rooms are a bit tired but they’re clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. Plenty of parking and the meal we had was excellent.

Great value stay

Food very basic and poor quality.   Made a complaint about it but it fell on deaf ears.   
The salt lid fell off too and the whole pot went on the meal too.  Again no apologies or replacement.   Bill was charged in full.
Staff were not helpful and we had a very disappointing end to a good day

We stayed here for one night after a wedding nearby.  I wanted to check in early and initially found it difficult to contact the hotel.  Chef & Brewer's AI assistant 'Claire' either cut me off,  tried to book me a table, or passed me to a central reservation team.  Eventually I did speak to a person at the hotel who confirmed that we could check in early before heading to the wedding.  The rooms are run down, but what do you expect for the price? For a cheap one night stay they were OK.  The room  initially given to my son had a window that would not close (the frame needed fixing).  However, the receptionist quickly found an alternative room for him.  After returning from the wedding we had a good nights sleep (I had been concerned about possible road noise from the A5, but this was not an issue.)  In the morning we had a good cooked breakfast.  The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.  No problem with check out - just drop the keys off at either the box outside the hotel or in the slot at reception.

I just wanted to share my unpleasant experience whilst staying at your hotel in 12/02/24 when we attended a wedding locally. We stayed in your hotel as your hotel was listed down as one of the recommened hotel by Manor Barn. We were so disappointed regarding our stay as the hotel needs TLC. We were supposed to stay overnight as we do not live locally but my husband and I could not sleep and we ended up just leaving at 3:00am as every movement in the hotel was too loud due to extremely creaky floors. The drinking glass in our room were not washed with stains on it as so were the sheets which we just saw when we came home at 11:30 after the wedding. The hotel rooms were far from the advertised photos. There were also pest control traps under the bed which was alarming. I don't think it was very fair that I had to pay for an overnight stay with us endung up leaving at 3:00am due to the noise and state of being uneasy in our room. It was really stressful as we were really tired but had to drive back home. I hope this feedback would be heard and sorted .ll.

NEVER AGAIN!

Firstly, I have to say that the bed in my room  wasn't comfortable, and it made it tough to get any sleep at all, keeping me up the majority of the night leaving it impossible to take advantage of the late checkout they offer, pushing me to be up and out before 7am. But what really bothered me were what looked like  pest control boxes  in the room under the bed I was expected to sleep in. They were off putting and made me feel uneasy during my stay.

Last night's stay was a bit of a letdown. The room I was in was rundown and dirty ( pictures attached ) and could definitely use some TLC especially with not having a full headboard but still having exposed nails heads  in the headboard itself. There were stains on the bedding and surfaces lipstick on cups, and the place had an unpleasant smell lingering around being masked by a plug in air freshener. The heating was unbearable and the TV remote did not work.

To top it off, when I went to return my keys, I firstly waited a while for a response to the doorbell caller and the person who attended me from the front door , who I think was a maintenance worker, was abrupt and not exactly friendly telling me to “ put the keys in the slot like the sign said “  to which I didn’t see due to either not being there or diluted in the wall of information plastered at reception, so I was told to just place them on the desk. I had clearly stopped him from his other duties and being at reception felt as though an unwanted task for him.

Disgusting hotel

Absolute value for money stayed here had two rooms one for me and one for my daughter both rooms were very clean shower hot and the food in the restaurant was to a good standard staff were very friendly  will definitely stay again the parking was good so all I can say is THANK YOU

Worst experience ever, rooms were badly needing revamped, ripped carpets, spot lights hanging from ceiling, cracks in walls and ceiling, bathrooms very unhygienic, toilet was disgusting wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel.

Worst hotel ever 

Solid no thrills rooms, which are comfortable well equipped and functional. Good value for money with a solid breakfast in the morning. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it seemed popular. Used the bar until it closed, lovely welcoming staff, particularly the night manager, who looked after us until late. Great location for Silverstone. Would stay again

Functional rooms, good breakfast and plenty of parking

Had a fairly nice meal in the restaurant and the was conveniently near the petrol station and Tesco Express for take outs. Sadly the room was tired but you can’t expect much for £60. Entertainingly I woke in the night to the sound of dripping. Reason being that it was raining and water was coming through the roof just by the wardrobe. That explained the damp patch on the ceiling!

Don’t stay if it’s raining, you might get wet!

There's quite a nice family feel to the hotel (we'd stayed 30 earlier) with ample free parking but it's very, very dated. Staff are lovely and very helpful however some serious upgrading is needed badly in the rooms. Our toilet flusher was very loose and it was difficult to flush. The cord on the kettle was about 12 inches and the only place to plug it in was directly behind the TV, which wasn't ideal! There wasn't enough tea, coffee, milk sachets either but the rooms were tended to by housekeeping every day. The signal in weedon is exceptionally bad and we couldn't manage to sign into the free cloud so we had a few days off from checking our phones. 
We had breakfast twice during our stay. The veggie sausages were so overcooked but apart from that it wasn't badly priced at £10.50 (which included the fairly measly continental choices). I would stay again as it's so close to family but I wish they'd spend some money where it really counts.
