A lovely bed and breakfast, rooms nice and clean, staff friendly and you get a good breakfast, very competitively priced, only thing there is no parking directly on site so you have to park round the corner and walk back so bear in mind if you have anything heavy.

Summer weekend away 

We came to Loughborough to visit family for a surprise and decided we would like somewhere to stay, i found garendon park and booked it for cheapness and i was pleasantly surprised how nice, clean and friendly it was. It's walking distance into town and they make great breakfast. I would definitely will stay again 😀

Will be back

The Garendon Park is conveniently located for the town centre. It offers basic but comfortable facilities. The breakfast service is very good and offers excellent value for money. The downside is the availability of parking spaces and its proximity to the busy Leicester Road which makes it a bit noisy for guests in rooms to the front of the hotel. I'd stay again though.

Comfortable and friendly

Stayed here for 3 nights for Download festival. Very clean and comfortable rooms with all the home comforts in them. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. Handily placed for the town centre. Can't recommend it enough. Will definitely return. 

Can highly recommend 

Five of us stayed a couple of nights for a wedding. We had the two rooms on the top floor. They were basic, but perfectly adequate for our needs. Comfy beds and everywhere was clean. The guest house is in a good location, an easy walk from the town centre. Breakfast was good and cost £5 extra. Friendly owner and I got the impression that everything was well organised.

No car park and parking over the road was for a maximum of two hours between 10 and 6 (free on Sundays). We knew this in advance, so no real problem. Also, had trouble getting the TVs in the rooms to work - think maybe the batteries in the remote control were on the way out.
