Lovely hotel and staff really helpful. Great location close to green park tube station and easy walking distance to Buckingham Palace and lots of lovely shops. There was a fridge in the room which was great, and a safe but it was not working so could not use it. Room was comfortable enough with hairdryer and small TV. Would have given it a higher rating if:-
there was better WiFi- because we were on the top floor it was hard to connect to the WiFi. 
Also because we were on the top floor I had difficulty with all the stairs as of course there is no lift. Did not ask to be moved to lower floor, perhaps I should have done so, but that was not in my nature to do so. Younger people would probably not find this an issue. 

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was continental which was lovely. Staff always helpful and bent over backwards to help. 

Good location

We stayed here for 3 nights. We thought it looked interesting so decided to give it a go. Are we glad we did. A little Gem of a hotel, with amazing staff that made our stay so welcoming. Thank you the Fox club. It was superb. 

A great find in the heart of mayfair

Amazing place to stay and easy access to the all the necessary shop. The staffs were amazing and make you feel welcome. I really enjoy my stay and I’ll always stay there from now on. Keep up the good work 👌🏿

What a find.  Needed a hotel for an overnight stay in London and saw The Fox Club in Clarges Street Mayfair offered on Secret Escapes.  So glad we booked it as it was perfect for us as a couple who prefer more personal boutique type hotels.  

Debbie welcomed us on arrival and what personal, friendly service she gives, as do the other team.  We were in the top room 4th floor, stairs weren't a problem for us.  Smart, new carpets were being fitted throughout during our stay which shows the ongoing upgrades to the hotel, loved the colours and interiors of all public rooms, our bedroom was high quality too and spacious enough.  Location was perfect and walkable to lots of independent restaurant etc.  Would definitely recommend and return again, thank you Debbie and ladies!

Super Hotel, Fabulous Mayfair Location

Absolutely loved this place it’s like going from home to home the staff are amazing they bend over backwards to make you feel welcome and at home, absolutely love the guy that was there I actually had a great laugh with them all rooms are very comfortable my only criticism is there’s no cooked breakfast 🍳 only croissants tea and orange and for that reason I wouldn’t stay again croissants are full of fat I’d rather have scrambled egg smoke salmon, such a shame as I loved everything else it’s intimate great location decors fab fantastic staff just no hot breakfast which is one of my pleasures..

Fabulous only one fault

Just returned from 3 days in London, usually stay at main hotels but saw the Fox club advertised on Secret Escapes so thought we would try it. The location was great only a few steps from Green Park station, the staff were very friendly and helpful making the stay relaxed and comfortable. With the Fox Club only a short walk to Hyde park we had a nice stroll around the park and Kensington Gardens. We will definitely be back and recommend this lovely place to everyone looking for a quiet place to stay.

Great location, friendly staff

Stayed for three nights whilst attending a show at the Hammersmith Apollo in London.
Located in Mayfair and only yards from Green Park Underground Station and a short walk across Green Park to Buckingham Palace, this was the perfect location for visiting sites in central London.
Very friendly and welcoming from all staff and we were well looked after throughout our stay.
Cosy and comfortable bedroom with an ensuite with bath and shower over.
As this is a Private Members Club with only 8 bedrooms we felt we were in our own private residence during our stay and not one of the usual corporate type hotels, which was nice.

Great Location

Great little find in the heart of Mayfair and close to the Green Park tube.  Lovely friendly staff, quaint foxy themed bar area and old fashioned styling.  We had one night here to attend an event nearby.  We had a nice room on the 1st floor, clean and spacious. A little tired on the decoration overall and a little bit "shabby chic", but comfortable but it was certainly was just what was needed for a single nights stay.
We felt very "at home" here.  It's not luxury, but it's a home from home and is what I would call a proper Members Club.  We had a drink at the bar when we returned from our night out and had a lovely chat to the barman, who has worked there for a very long time.  
Breakfast was good, with great coffee.
We loved staying here.  Don't expect a lift (stairs only), or fancy hotel service, or 5 star luxury.  Do expect a warm welcome, clean rooms and a sense of feeling as though you belong here.  All in a great location.
We are certainly considering becoming members!

Great Find!

We stayed here for on our recent trip to London.  From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed everything was just perfect. The room was  spacious and beautifully decorated and  there was a good variety to choose from at Breakfast....but what, or should I say who made our stay so special was John....The concierge...the barman....the waiter....In fact he seemed to do everything that was front of house.  His politeness, friendliness and attentiveness was above and beyond any expectation we may have had. We will definitely be returning to spend more special nights at The Fox Club. 

A little gem in the heart of London

The fox club is in an excellent location - close to Green Park which, on a sunny London day, is a great place to meander.
The hotel itself was a let down. The place is very tired, despite a recent repaint downstairs. The hallways and our bedroom were in desperate need of some work.
The decor was old, dated and very tried. The bathroom could have done with an overhaul - the ceiling had paint cracking and the bath was, what I can only describe as, a bit scuzzy. Mildew in the corners, and around the screen, grab handles etc.
Terrible nights sleep too, I think the mattress was quite old as it was so soft and I sort of kept rolling off the edge. There was some loud music being played somewhere nearby for a portion of the night.
Huge shame, as the location is really good, but we won’t be staying here again.
