We stayed in london city Hampton for 7 nights from 29 April, and over the May bank holiday. (once a year holiday) As there was VE celebrations and lots of additional events going on the hotel was of course busy. This did not detract the staff in any way , they were always courteous, gave a smile and made sure we were provided for, whether that was helping with a seating space at breakfast, or general directions of nearby attractions. As the hotel was having its 2nd birthday there wa a "spin the Wheel" for quests, this was fun and interactive for the staff and guests and a very clever branding idea for the business. We would like to thank all the Staff that made our stay so nice, and a special thank you to Roohan, who seemed to alway be so pleasant, and smiley and whom we felt had genuine customer service skill set. Our room was very nice, clean and the bathroom was spotless, the rainfall shower was welcome treat at the end of a long day sightseeing. Having a fridge was so convenient,And in the heat of london, the Air con was soothing. Breakfast was lovely, such a good choice of continental & cooked. With Breakfast included its definitely worth the price per night. Location of the hotel was perfect for us, i could shop all the local markets on the Sunday' 1-2 min & 6-7 min walk either way to the nearest tube, 20 min into the heart of london. We booked the hampton through a BA deal, Happy to book direct next visit.
