Clean and comfortable hotel very conveniently located for central sights, theatre and restaurants. Excellent team of staff - very friendly, helpful and worked well together as a team motivated by the example of Jackie their very effective manager. Breakfast was exceptionally good and good value. The cooked breakfast was very tastefullly prepared by their chef, Patricia who succeeded to maintain its freshly prepared presentation right up to the end of the breakfast time slot.

The staff was extremely helpful, accommodative and insightful! 10/10 experience! Whenever I needed assistance or had an issue they would go the extra extra mile to make sure everything was in order and any issue I had was well taken care off, honestly one of the best stays I've had.

i really like the vibes over there and very friendly staff too , the manager is very receptive as well and tries to be as helpful as possible , if you have any kind of request they will totally help you out !

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a super comfortable bed and a stunning view. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged.

Excellent customer service. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. For breakfast there was a good selection of foods to take, both cooked and non cooked, and everyone in the family found something they liked. 

The location is very central and within walking distance of a lot of monuments.

Great location, very easy and fast check-in and checking out for a short trip, right in the heart of Leicester Square, close to tube station and lots of attractions but very quiet and peaceful hotel stay. Room was clean and comfortable, good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location,  good value, clean room, great shower, friendly, helpful staff. What more could you ask for? Fantastic base to explore London from. Will look forward to staying here again the next time I visit London.  Christmas market on Leicester Square was such a bonus too!

Great base to explore London

Love staying at this premier inn.  The staff are so welcoming, helpful and friendly from the minute you walk in to leaving and can't do enough.  Breakfasts are amazing, love the mushrooms, rooms spotless and spacious.  We absolutely love Joanna who is such a kind and thoughtful person, my mum wanted to take her home, she remembered us from last year.  Also big shout outs to Mario's (super efficient - seemed to be everywhere) and Fernando.  Would not stay anywhere else.

Fabulous stay

As always with a Premier Inn you can expect a great night's sleep with the comfortable bed. I was surprised how quiet the room was given our location. The cooked breakfast was as always very good. The hotel is in a great location and I will definitely return.
