First visit for myself to Llandudno and my fiance had been a lot in her childhood, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. William and Margaret were absolutely lovely and so so welcoming and the room and amenities were on point. As well as a delicious breakfast served. 
10/10 in everyway!

Absolutely wonderful

Excellent place to stay in Llandudno.It is situated opposite the Great Orme tramway and is convenient to the town centre.The hosts Will and Margaret make your stay as comfortable as possible.They are extremely helpful and very friendly.The breakfast is superb and I would certainly recommend this place.

Weekend away for my wife’s birthday

Just had a 2 night stay at the vines. Margaret and 
Will are lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble, lovely B&B,Clean, lovely bedding, We stay in a twin room,Beds were comfy but a little creaky which we found really funny,  Breakfast Fantastic, I was poorly on first morning and the hosts showed real concern, which made me feel a little better, but after that little hiccup had a fantastic time. Would recommend this B&B.

This is a lovely little B&B , the location is good, only a short walk from centre and right opposite the tram stop. There is no parking but we easily found parking on the road. Margaret and Will very friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious.  For only £65 for a room for 2 it was a real bargain

Friendly and immaculately clean

Lovely little place! Great location. Owners were fantastic and very welcoming. Lovely cooked breakfast. Definitely recommend. Room was spacious and bathroom very good. We used as a base for a snowdon trip and worked perfectly. 

Great place

Myself, my daughter and granddaughter spent a lovely night here at this friendly and well-run b and b.  The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the breakfast freshly cooked to order.  Both Will and Margaret were welcoming and very friendly.

Lovely family break

Myself and my partner spent a night here on a recent short break to Llandudno, and had a great experience at this small, friendly B&B. The check in was fast, and the room couldn't have been any better - spotlessly clean, generous complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, comfortable bed, TV, and a modern, clean bathroom with plentiful hot water for showers. The included breakfast is fantastic (full English, tea, fresh coffee, juice, cereal etc), and provided ample energy for a morning exploring the Orme. Location is great - directly opposite the Great Orme tram station, and a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, pier etc. Overall, a fantastic stay - thanks Will and Margaret!

Lovely Little B&B

Myself and partner stayed here for 1 night for my birthday in September.
We had room 4 (I think) the one at the top, room was lovely and spacious and immaculately clean. Bed was comfy with lovely crisp and fresh bed sheets and towels.  Best thing about the room though had to be the view!! Loved sitting at the window admiring the view of the bay. 
The only couple of very small niggles was the shower wasn't as powerful as I'd have liked and there weren't any little tubes of shower gel only shampoo and a7 bar of soap. 
Margaret was very friendly and welcoming and the place had a great homely and comfortable feel.
Breakfast was brilliant we both really enjoyed it. All cooked fresh and my poached egg was perfect! Margaret was attentive but not intrusive always making sure we were happy and had everything we wanted. 
Would definitely return when we go to Llandudno again,  for the price it is very good value!

Lovely stay 

We arrived and checked in at 4pm today and was greeted and shown to our room 1.
The room which is at the front of the property has good views to the Great Orme and the tram station is directly opposite.
The promenade and the shopping areas are a few minutes walk away.
Our room was large with an excellent walk in large shower and decent facilities.
There was coffee and tea in the room and a small widescreen TV with plenty of channels.
We enjoyed our stay at Vine house but our only slight gripe was a bit of noise from the street below as people returned home.
A lovely stay and good value.

Ideally situated especially for the tramway station opposite. 

Overnight stay at this great B&B.On arrival we asked Will about parking he was very helpful directed us to best parking near the guesthouse. Room 4 fabulous view from our window. Comfortable room good shower lovely fluffy white towels, very clean,breakfast was delicious Margaret & Will are lovely hosts running a great guesthouse which is value for money,we definitely recommend a stay at The Vine House
