We had a lovely few nights at Beach Cove. 
The B&B was clean and décor contemporary. 
Our room was well equipped with everything that we needed, but if we had been staying longer I think that I would have requested a larger room - we are slightly built people so it was fine as a base for going out and about exploring. 
We liked the little charging 'hub' in the room which allowed us to charge our mobiles without having to faff with plug sockets. 
It is very well placed near the pier and for The Promenade.
Some guests have complained about parking issues; true, there is no carpark and on-street parking is hit & miss, however all it takes is a friendly chat with the owner and advice on where to park for free is given. 
Breakfast was really good - tasty, ample proportions, well-cooked, great choice and top-ups when requested. 
We had a few problems finding locating Beach Grove due to the strange numbering system in Church Walks - had we known that it was on the left hand side of the one-way street, and next door to The Seahorse, finding it would have been simple [do not rely on Google Maps].

I would recommend this B&B for a stay in Llandudno. 

A clean and pleasant place to stay 

My friend & I have just arrived home after 2 night away staying at Beach Cove. Everything was wonderful, we had the loveliest welcome from our hosts. Our room was very clean and smelt super fresh, everything was spotless. The breakfast was delicious, really scrumptious, coupled with the brilliant facts from one of our hosts, who was fabulous at front of house. I haven’t been able to travel without my Hubster for 5 years so this was such a special trip. Our lovely hosts and lush surroundings really was the cherry on top of our trip.

Fabulous Stay 

Had another wonderful stay with the lads, Nick and Arwell. Very attentive from when we set foot inside till we left on the Sunday afternoon. Breakfast excellent as usual. Black pudding was a very pleasant surprise. Mushrooms were so nice my wife asked for more. Room 5 was spotless as usual and can't fault anything. Wife says only improvement is to put a long mirror on the wall near the bed or put one on the bathroom door. Asked on Friday for a couple of tumblers because the girls wanted a wine. Nick screwed his nose up and got them wine glasses. See, attention to detail. Tidied the room and replenished the essentials on Saturday whilst we were out, even changed the wine glasses. Perfect. Are we going again.......YOU BET WE ARE 😁 Perfect location for exploring and the hosts are up to date on anything you want to do. Just ask them. Car parking is just up the road from the BnB. See you soon lads. 10 out of 10.

Another fantastic stay.

We had a very warm welcome from our hosts, the room was lovely and clean and fresh and the shower was nice and powerful. The next morning we went down into the dining room a d had a really great breakfast which was cooked to perfection. There was plenty of choice for breakfast including fruit salads, yoghurts, cereals, kipper, smoked salmon with scrambled egg and of course the full English. Complimented by teas, coffee and juices. There was really something for everyone. The area itself has some great shops, bars and restaurants. Our favourite was the Queen Vic just a few doors away from the hotel. 
We have had a great time away, and would 100% book this hotel again.


We loved it!

Breakfast was excellent lots of choice, rooms were exceptional clean, bed was comfy, the only down was the bath towels were a little on the small side .location was excellent close to all amenities pier and restaurants just a 5 minute walk, great orme tram just 5 minutes walk.

If ever you find yourself in need of a restorative break, in search of warm & welcoming surroundings, look no further than this beautiful B&B.
Spotlessly clean, a delicious breakfast & friendly, empathic hosts, made for a wonderful stay.
The owner's knowledge of the local area, including Llandudno's various hostelries, was extremely helpful.
We will definitely be returning to Llandudno & reacquainting ourselves with the outstanding Beach Cove.

At this point I knew I was in a very friendly place From that point nothing was too much trouble 

The room had a sea view and was spotless Modern beautiful decor and very comfy bed with clean crisp bedding Crisp white towels and complimentary shampoo and shower gel USB port plenty of coffee and tea making facilities where available I loved our room it was fabulous 

The breakfast was second to none and served up beautifully by the hosts They made us feel very special as they where so attentive polite and very professional

The breakfast was of a very high standard served with fresh coffee or tea and extra toast if you wanted it The choice of breakfast was exceptional and covered all tastes even vegetarian option 

The B&B was close to all the high end shops bars and restaurants with a nice little pub a few doors down Lots of parking 

We would highly recommend  this little gem of a B&B and will be back

Little Gem of a B&B

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean.Bathroom was new with walk in shower. Charging point for phones free wifi. Good position near to the front, restaurants and shops. Excellent breakfast catering for vegetarian. Very pleasant management. Will stay again.

Great place to stay

We arrived on Friday to be greeted warmly and given excellent advice on where to park immediately by the property.  The bedroom was cozy and exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable I really didn't want to get up in the mornings! Breakfast was cooked to order and extremely tasty with lots of freshly brewed coffee that really set us up for a morning of wandering around beautiful Llandudno.
The property is in a perfect location near to the beach and pier and also restaurants and a local pub.
We had the most perfect weekend away and will definitely be booking a return visit to the beautiful Beach Cove and it's perfect hosts.

A Beautiful Weekend Away..

We arrived in Llandudno just before 10am as we know from past experience that parking near Beach Cove can be a problem. We needed to park near the hotel as my wife has to use a mobility scooter which we keep in the boot of the car. We tried to find a parking spot in the surrounding streets but couldn’t, we decided at 1pm that enough was enough and to head for home as the traffic around the area was getting worse with cars double parked on double yellow lines.
I thought that I would call the Hotel, as a courtesy, to let them know that we had decided to go home (we had paid in advance by the way, so the hotel wasn’t out of pocket), the person that answered the phone was very rude and when I explained the situation he basically called me a liar saying that there is plenty of parking around town, when I tried to explain about my wife’s disability and that we couldn’t find a space within a short walk of the hotel and that we had been trying for 3 hours he replied “I don’t believe you” and kept saying “you have paid haven’t you”
So, in my experience, if you have trouble walking, don’t book here as you won’t get any help from the hotel.
