NOT AS ADVERTISED! NO PPOL, NO BAR, NO RESTRANT, NO SUNA AND IS USED AS A HALFWAY HOME. was thier for 3 hours in total before checking out. The room was unbearably hot, the bed was uncomfortable and the room was a mess. Non of.the advertised amenities are open or functioning. The hotel is used as a halfway house, and you do not feel safe in their. The lift is also out of order.

Room was like a sauna fan was awful.
Shower was black and dirty 
Stains on carpet and walls 
No hand soap 
Stayed for 4 days and no cleaners
The people outside the hotel were very intimidating groups of men drinking glass smashing at night
No bar or food facilities 
One roll of toilet roll 
Inside windows were stinking 
Marks on bed sheets 
Bins not emptied had to leave out your own rubbish 
Lifts not working 
Awful smell in hotel 
Shelter for drug users and alcoholics

Never again horrible stay

The good - it was clean, staff friendly and easy to park. The room was spacious with a kettle. 
The bad - a strange experience, little facilities on entrance, in room radiator stuck on hotter than hot, door was not the easiest to lock so I used the sofa bed in front of it. No soap in bathroom, TV didn’t work. 
Overall a dated hotel that seemed to be used locally as emergency housing. The quality was probably reflected in the price which was very cheap - I got what I paid for.

Cheap hotel, clean but unique.

Thankfully only stayed one night. The place is completely run down and in need of total renovation. Better still somebody should put it out of its misery.
No restaurant or bar facilities , carpets in corridors are filthy, not been decorated for years looking at walls and paintwork. 
Won't ever stay again.
Only plus was the staff were very friendly but I think you need a really cheery disposition to spend any time there.
Come on Premier inn get it bought and start from scratch again.

Outdated and tired.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, not enough characters to fully review this hotel, do not I repeat do not stay at this hotel, complaint gone in with booking.com and full refund requested, checked in at 6pm,checked out at 6.25pm.

Avoid at all costs

Absolutely disgusting.   Should be done for  false advertising.   NO BAR NO FOOD NOTHING. EVERYTHING GRUBBY AND DIRTY. KEEP CLEAR. Carpets dirty, furniture well worn and tatty. Bedding and towels have a funny idoit. YUK YUK YUK

SHOCKING!!

No pub or restaurant anymore as it’s now used to home permanent guests. Basic but clean, very tired and in need of plenty of repairs. The permanent guests should be disclosed to prospective temporary guests as a courtesy. We stayed and heard multiple arguments through the walls, this used to be a really nice hotel and pub. Other guests checking in at the same time were also shocked.

Couldn’t find any other accommodation

This is the worst place I’ve ever been it was dirty was rats outside was on 3rd floor an lift didn’t work pool not open Nore bar or restaurant no vending machine so didn’t eat or have a drink for about 19 hours until I left the ceiling in the hall way had come down so they just patched it the carpet was damp an stinking  my room had a cracked ceiling with water dripping kettle was filly mould on the carpet all soakers broken no remote for tv I was also bitten the sheets were damp smashed glass an window on the other side was used for housing people an was told the police are also there I stayed one night an had to find other accommodation I was told there’s a shop across the road if you want to cross a busy bypass/motorway then yes there is I wouldn’t Evan leave a dog there the pictures on the website look ok when I left the following moring as I couldn’t get anywhere until then wasnt Evan asked why I was leaving I said who do I make a complaint to an she rudely replied email the hotel ??? Is there no manager not got an answer but I wasn’t hanging around as I had a taxi waiting outside an wanted to get out please don’t put yourself through staying here I’ve worked in a rehab for drugs an alcohol an I’ve been in some places myself but never like this

Discusting

Stayed because I thought pub on site and able to get an evening meal and breakfast.even thou a cheap price for a room.
Found out on arrival no pub closed not used, no food on site. No breakfast  disappointment as most places for accommodation have breakfast options not these, also rooms where tired needed a good renevation .room was clean just tired.
Will I stay again answer is no would I recommend no.
Also located on a busy road , noise through out the night (traffic noise). 



The greyhound experience

Wanted the Business Class Rooms as had two double beds the room we got given only had one double bed the second bed had been removed 
The room was horrible and dirty and the bed’s mattress was covered and strained in Urine there are no toiletries either so it’s a good job I had brought my own .
The Continental Breakfast was the following 
Toast Yogurt and Fruit Juice that cost 7.99 yes really 
The pub next the hotel is permanently closed so there is no Hot Food available 
Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere
