Lovely clean hotel and very welcoming hosts. Our room was huge with a sofa and the bed was a king size and very comfy. 
Everything you needed was in the room. Tissues, face wipes dressing table with a mirror at the perfect height. So many places don't do this! On the landing there was a little larder where you could get cold drinks, crisps and chocolate all priced and the money goes to the Weston lifeboats.
We didn't have breakfast but it smelt delicious.
They have one parking space but you can park on the road with no time limit. Short walk to the town.
All in all we would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful experience our stay at Linden Lodge, Phil and Wendy were great hosts, the hotel is situated perfect for the town, with wall to wall comfort breakfast (wow didn't eat again until nightime), everything you need in rooms and so comfortable especially the bed 9 hours sleep every night only just got up in time for breakfast most mornings. with my mobility problems i was well looked after thanks Phil

Great ,Room, Great hosts and Brilliant breakfast, Closely situated to the bus routes and 10 mins from seafront , 15mins from Town centre , On site parking for Guests , Hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble , Snacks and soft drinks available at a reasonable prices with an honesty box , Will 100% return in 2024

Guest house hosts Philip and Wendy were very welcoming and could not do enough for us , Room was very spacious , Spotless & Had everything we needed ,Bed very comfortable , Cooked Breakfast was Superb , Guest house as a whole was Faultless 

We have just stayed two nights at this lovely B&B so homely. Nice surprise when we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. We were so pleased when we realised as we liked it before and this time was exactly the same couldn’t have chosen anything nicer. Arrived just after 5pm Phil was waiting for us showed us where to park and helped us with all our luggage even taking it up to our Room No8. Very large room with walk in wardrobe which also  had a fridge and ironing board and iron. So much attention to detail. Lovely bath room with corner shower. Breakfast next morning was lovely help yourself to cereal fruit yoghurt all nicely laid out. Then the cooked breakfast followed by toast no complaints at all. Short walk down Clevedon Road to Promenade where you can walk into town. Phil and Wendy are lovely hosts so friendly with lots of advise if you want it on what to see and where to eat. They have 3 lovely dogs who are no trouble at all wouldn’t have known they were there. Not allowed to roam round but do like to see you if you are happy to say hello to them.
Phil and Wendy continue to do as you do you work really hard and made us feel so welcome.

Just literally left the loveliest b and b in Weston, lovely host, lovely food, a little gem of a place. 
Phil and Wendy do a fabulous job at making you feel welcome.

My friend and I stayed in room 8 for a weekend break. This place is truly amazing gone is the old guest house stigma this is a modern well decorated 1st class accommodation with everything you would need for a quick break. Not just a room it’s comfy and bright clean and spacious with lots of added extras you won’t find anywhere else, and everything you could need for a comfortable stay .Phil and Wendy are more then accommodating breakfast first class hot and plentiful delicious!!! We would like to thank you both for a lovely stay we will be back soon !

Phil and Wendy are super friendly and helpful proprietors. Room 4 is a small double but really nicely decorated with well appointed en suite. Fabulously thoughtful touches in room include sewing kit, vanity kit, biscuits, plenty of tea bags, coffee and hot chocolate. The breakfast options are fantastic along with cereal choices beforehand AND homemade granola bars in lovely conservatory. Butter is a sight to behold, in different flower/leaf shapes every day. Won't hesitate to  stay again if we ever return to Weston-super-Mare.

Phil and Wendy's attention to detail is second to none
From the little sewing jar to the vanity jar in bathroom 
Everything is provided from iron board & iron , hair dryer to the jar of biscuits with your cup of tea. I can not fault this place. The breakfast is made from fresh local produce and with an array of cereals and juices you definitely don't go hungry 
It's walking distance to the town centre and the beach is at the bottom of the road. 
Definitely recommend this little gem for a get away.

Prior to visit I could tell from phone calls and texts Phil & Wendy are very passionate about their business, on arrival we met Phil very friendly but professional, we had their best room which was spotless, had all amenities required, the breakfast provided was excellent (full english) 10 out of 10, I would put my wife and I as moderate to fussy hotel stayers and we would return to Linden Lodge in a heart beat, 10 minute walk to the pier. 150 meters to beach..
