WARNING DO NOT STAY HEAR ........ I'm never one for leaving such a review but hear it is ...

On arrival looked good from out side . Once in the nighmare started 

Double room it was a single room the bathroom is bigger

Bedding was dirty and Staines over them 
The room was not clean was dirty marks over the drawers.  Douse not help they are white as it stood out like a sore thumb 

The cupboard in the room is disgusting (photo on hear ) never once took my clothes out of case 

Window in the room is being held up by nails one on each side 

Can hear a dog barking through out the night 

The bathroom 

Shower to get hot water you have to put it on cold pressure is rediculas there is a big gap at the top of the door makes you feel very uncomfortable as it's about a a4 size hole and you can see the doors of other rooms 
The bath is being held together with tape . 

The kitchen is dirty (photos given) please look the microwave is dirty and falling a part the toaster is disgusting the pots and pans I would not eat of as dirty . Carpet that leads from living room is a danger as it's a hazard due to tripping .

We had gone out to make the best of this horror of a place to come back to this 

Cleaner with her hole family in as she done her work kids and partner.  Now I have no problem with children at all . I am a foster parent but what got to my self was the cleaner shouting at them we where up stair in are room she was telling them to shut up and the noise was really loud kids will be kids leave them be but she could be heard all through the house .. she also did not do her work she sat on the couch watching tv until she heard movements from any of the people that where staying . She also has a drug problem you can see that clear and was very ignorant even though we said good morning have a nice day ect 

Now I'm a wild camper so I can deal with a lot of dirt and muck but this place even had my self cleaning my own room  

PLEASE DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME AND MONEY IT'S NOT WORTH IT .

I HAVE ALSO EMAILED TO COMPLAIN AND WELL YOU GUESSSD IT NO ANSWER 

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IN THIS COUNTRY

This is nothing like the property advertised, I arrived to find I cannot park outside the property after 8am, which there is no mention of, it leads you to believe you have your own bathroom which I do not, would is hanging of the doors, no heating I have just driven 10hrs today to arrive to this place, I would like refunded and cancel my next two nights

When I made the booking I was unaware that this place is totally unattended, self check-in. Apparently they sent a code to my email that I could use to unlock a key then show myself to my room, but I didn’t have access to the email so I couldn’t get into the property. There were three different phone numbers listed to call for assistance, one didn’t answer (I called about ten times), one was disconnected and one said it was out of service! Why have help numbers if you don’t intend to answer them???? We lost over an hour and a half trying to reach the hosts, ended up calling hotels.com (we had booked through them), they tried calling the guesthouse, couldn’t reach them either, so hotels.com was nice enough to put us up in a different hotel nearby. I still haven’t heard from the guesthouse and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re somehow still unaware that I was unable to enter their property. I get that this place is cheap but seriously you will not receive help of any kind from the hosts, you will never interact with them and any problems with your stay will go unattended to.

Don’t do it!!!!

We stayed here for one night only and weren't disappointed or happy. It's definitely not like the guest house we stayed in previously but arrived to see a name change. Holiday House. It's essentially a multi-person bookable air bnb. We got our check in instructions via email which was good coz we were arriving at 10pm anyway. Like I say it did the job for an overnight stay and was the cheapest option for Inverness at the time - which by the way is still expensive.

We got a huge room downstairs though. Pretty plain with no mirror, ok bed and TV in a random placing. The room had it's own keypad lock which wasn't the easiest to use. And then bathroom was private to us but had another keypad lock entry as well. Which meant even though we had a private bathroom, we had to walk through the public hallway to get to it.

I was trying to keep costs down for one night and this did the job. Next time though, I might spend the extra $50 for a proper place.

Just an overnight pillow

It was near thee centre of Inverness. It was clean. I'd like it to be with better ichomonosi.

More of a self serve type of place, but I enjoyed it for the night I was there. When I called to get help with the opening of the door. The man that answered was very kind and helpful. Not as bad as some of the reviews say.

During the peak season, I booked this guest house for two nights. After that, I read all of the horrible reviews, and I was worried about it. But overall its was not that bad.The guesthouse is located near the rail station - it's a 15-minute walk. The residence was very quiet and its near Tesco and Spar. Its also very simple and easy to check in.The room no.5  was spacious and clean with an excellent mattress, clean bed sheet and comfortable duvet. The bathroom was clean. It's not 100%  but reasonable. The shower head was leaking, and the water pressure was reduced however the basin, and the toilet bowl was okay.The kitchen is spacious.  There is a microwave, kettle and fridge.Despite the reviews, the wifi functioned well.As I said, it's not that bad, and some could even call it a nice residence.
