Great location.  Few minutes walk from the train station. Unit 405 is a large apartment.  Clean unit.  The kitchen is well equipped.  However the master bed is due for an update.  Also the laundry machine is complicated to operate and the dryer is broken.  We had to hand wash our clothes and hang dry. Thankfully I got it at a reasonable rate. Good experience overall.

- the bed - seriously, we are well into the 2020s - a mattress needs to be renewed regularly
- wine glasses - perhaps the host could arrange two wine glasses the same size? - 3 bucks at poundland or similar

** WARNING : 
I have long ago learned on my travels to ask for the top floor and away from the lift / elevator to reduce noise pollution - apartment 401  is pretty dodgy in this regard - on the other side of the (wooden) wall from your headboard is the lift and you can hear it going up and down. This also means you can hear the foot traffic with the fire door just outside the apartment 

** Other comments
Slightly surprised there was no view of the river - the advert suggests there is a view of the river (but doesn't actually claim as much ) - be aware if this is your thing.  We didn't mind only because we were out on tours all day but this might be a big let down for ya

Ok, I guess

Wanted to visit Inverness for some COVID safe Xmas shopping.
Booking was very efficient. Had to contact to arrange parking which was free.
Did have to drive round twice the first time before accessing garage. Need to be courageous.
Apartment is very spacious, well provisioned and so central.

Great Appartment

We rented the apartment for a weekend stay in Inverness during December and the apartment exceeded our expectations, it was very large, immaculately presented and very clean with a great central location for walking from the railway station (there is also parking at the flats for those who are driving). We have stayed in several apartments around Scotland and this is certainly in the top 3 for cleanliness and overall standard. There was tea, coffee and milk provided, a very good range of kitchen utensils, kitchenware and equipment. Our apartment was on the first floor with a great view over the river, even in December it was worth sitting outside. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in close walking distance as well as shops as you are effectively in the town centre. Overall it was superb value and we look forward to returning.

Simply Fantastic!

We booked this apartment mostly for the river view, but we were surprised to find that our balcony faced an ugly modern structure on the noisiest street in town. The way they presented their images and the listing made us think that the apartment is on the river side. Since we booked it long time ago, we wanted to look at the description again, but the listing was removed. The apartment itself is nice, with decent decor, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. 
The WiFi was slow. No shampoos in the shower, only a hand soap. The location is pretty good, but there is a music bar downstairs with loud noise late at night(we stayed on a weekend, so maybe it’s not as loud on week days) As the apartment has no ventilation whatsoever, we wanted to keep the windows opened, but the noise was too energetic. 

Not a river view 

My wife and I just returned from our Scotland trip and we stayed 5 nights at the Bridge Street Apartments.  Our apartment was very new and much more than we could have expected.  The living room with large windows and balcony had a perfect view of the river and city below.  The bedroom contained a very large wall closet which allowed us to store all our belongings and a safe.  The apartment had a master bath and a 1/2 bath in the foyer area.  The master bath was all new and very nice with plenty of room for us.  

Upon arriving at Inverness train station we called the number provided for check in and we were met at the door on our arrival.  It's a short 10 minute walk from the train station to the apartment.  We were provided keys to enter the building and for the door to our apartment.  It was easy and we had no reason to contact the manager during our stay.

Wifi is provided and the kitchen contains everything anyone would need, but we didn't cook during our stay.  We did buy items to store in the refrigerator.  Two TV's are provided, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.  Everything worked easily.

The location is very good and easy to walk to train station, bus station for tours, shopping and pubs/restaurants.  We would highly recommend this location and property.  If we return to Inverness, we would stay at the Bridge Street Apartments again!

Modern and perfect place to stay - Bridge Street Apartments

Good accommodation in a good location. We stayed two nights but if our itinerary permitted we would have stayed longer. Clean, modern, comfortable, secure parking, plenty of room for two. Our only issue was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and noise from the Main Street below.

Pretty Darn Good

This was in a great location right in the heart of Inverness. Directions to the property are not great and we drove around in circles for a while. The hostess Gisela was lovely as was the property. It has everything we needed. The only negative was the lifts. Only one out of the two worked and then only about half the time. Not good when you are on the fourth floor.

Great location

The apartment was difficult to fined as signage is poor. Once we entered the building we were greeted by a lovely property manager. Our 2 bed apartment was superb. The attention to detail was excellent. They supplied a large variety of teas, washing powder, fresh milk & high quality bathroom products. The location was great & the underground parking perfect. The property manager on noting our daughter was feeling unwell provided a hot water bottle which was very welcomed. We would highly recommend this property & wish we had stayed longer.
