Good location 2 mins walk to seafront  , rooms tidy and clean , excellent breakfast  , parking is 2 min walk away offsite but no issue £5 per night , just what you need for a weekend away , we hope to return

 Skamouth break

We had a lovely night’s stay here. The room was very clean, bright & airy. Very nice bedding and comfortable bed. We slept really well. Breakfast was lovely & fresh. The owners were very friendly & accommodating.  It’s a great location very close to the beach & seafront. We would definitely return. 

Last minute beach getaway! 

Comms from the hotel were excellent immediately after booking. Allowed us to check in early as the room was ready at no extra cost. Warm welcome from the owner. Check in was swift and easy. Décor of the hotel was bright and cozy and felt very clean. Room was spotless as was the ensuite bathroom. Bed comfortable and the room had EVERYTHING you could need, fridge, iron, ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, blue tooth charger for your phone, good sized TV etc. Room had large windows and was bright but with blinds and black out curtains. Location perfect walking distance to everything. Welcome pack and info provided in the room. Breakfast was perfect, full English, cooked well, not greasy. The breakfast room was stocked with all you could want, fresh coffee, tea, juices all kept cold on a chilling rack. Warm friendly atmosphere at breakfast. Nice chatty family. All cutlery very clean. Owner also warned us that scaffolding works would be erected during our stay (so there would be noise) but this was done during the hours in the day and so it was no bother. This work was carried out to allow the owners to put solar power panels up on the roof. I could not find fault with anything and could easily have stayed here for a full one or two week holiday. Parking was available for free close to the hotel. A great experience and would definitely stay here again. The price is also amazing for what you get. 5*.

A Gem of a B&B at a Fantastic Price in a Great Location

I was upgraded to a large room, clearly can be a family room at the front corner of the house ,  I was impressed by the nice wooden slat blinds and thick black out curtains . It made for a very quiet nights sleep. The bedding was puffy and cosy . All the things you expect are there in the room including an iron and hair dryer . I managed to park for free literally 200 yards further up the road . Breakfast was nicely cooked from quality components . There was additional nice touches like juice and a special coffee machine. I will always use this house when I’m in town for work . It’s so close to restaurants and pubs 

Cracking stay 

we booked an overnight stay to go to the Britannia Pier show, It was close to all the amenities and 2mns walk to the Pier. The room was all we wanted and more. It was clean, comfortable, coffee/tea facilities, a fridge, ensuite with all toiletries and towels provided.. Lots of plug sockets, WiFi, TV.. Quiet location with free parking outside. We were given door and room keys. No problem what time we returned at night. We were very pleased with our stay here and would recommend this guest housr

Overnight stay to visit theatre

My husband and I stayed for two days; this is gem of a place.  Kevin and Jim were very friendly and helpful.  The room was excellent.  Breakfast you had your choice of cooked options, cereal, fruit juices, tea and coffee and Kevin always asked you what time you would like your breakfast.   Paid parking is a bit hard (not hosts fault), one street over we were lucky to get one.  If not, you would have to try to get street parking.

Gem of a property

We enjoyed our visit to Yarmouth and this b&b very much , extended it to 5 nights as weather at home was 39 degrees and Yarmouth was 27 degrees, more bearable heat.
B&B very clean, breakfast was 100% , Kevin the owner was very hospitable. Liked the idea of a fridge in our room to keep milk, cold drinks etc
We will definitely be returning at some point.

3 day break which ended up 5 days

We have just returned from a weekend in Great Yarmouth Stopping at the Seamore was allowed to check in early Owner very friendly and accommodating Facilities excellent room we stopped in had been recently redecorated felt Homely and spacious Very comfortable bed Bathroom spacious and modern. Place was spotless Breakfast was excellent again owner on hand if we needed anything I would definitely recommend this Bed & Breakfast and if we visit Yarmouth again we will definitely be back here.

Fantastic Stay Highly Recommend 

This guest house was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and the whole place was lovely and clean. We had a comfortable bed and tv in the room, along with iron, ironing board, fridge, en-suite, kettle, tea, coffee, biscuits, towels and  hair dryer. Cooked breakfast from menu as well as fruit,cereals, toast, tea, coffee and  fruit juices. Very helpful with the local knowledge.  We will return again when in the area.

Great little find

We have just stayed at the Seamore Guest House for the second time.  Love the location close to the main shops and beach.

Room was spotlessly clean.  First time I have used a shower, that say "bye" when you turn it off.  Much more luxurious than I was expecting.

We paid for parking when checking in, found a space nearby and Kevin sorted the online ticket. 

Would love to stay here again
