The room was comfortable and warm , had a great night's sleep all 4 nights , tte reception staff kyra and sheryl were really helpful and very friendly made me feel welcome.

Next door at the restaurant,  I had breakfast and dinner there for my whole stay , the staff there are all fantastic , really friendly and helpful Stuart , Patrick, Robert and Noel looked after me thanks a million guys , it is very well run and the food is great plenty of selection for vegetarians all in all I had a very pleasant experience I will definitely return (next week)

Fantastic

Great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Check in was seamless, rooms very comfortable and lots of parking available. Beefeater on site was welcoming. Staff were very friendly and food and drink great value

Great location

We booked early and only paid around £85 for a twin for 2 nights over a weekend. Great location, easy check in, nice staff and room till mid day. Comfortable clean room with everything you need for a budget break. Dinner in the restaurant was lovely but service a little slow (Saturday night). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. So much choice, great value and super staff. Defo stay again

Excellent

On arrival my husband checked in later the young man checked me in was superb, explained about everything including when my husband arrived he would give him a key save me coming down. Room was massive clean and comfortable. Price was exceptional

Great service from Julie. Always is, fave hotel in Falkirk! Great rooms, comfortable bed and spotless rooms nothing is ever too much for the staff who would do anything for you and go above and beyond regardless of the circumstances, best in Falkirk

Clean comfortable and central to all my needs close to family and all the visitor sites such as Kelpies and the Falkirk wheel.Good connections to Edinburgh and to Glasgow and Central Scotland for Hill walking 

Comfortable Budget Hotel

The guy in the reception is so so friendly and chats to you as though he has known you years. This is the best one i have stayed in so far.
The room is lovely bed amazing sleep so well in there beds woukd definitely recommend.

Great place

Sorry don't know your name, but the gentleman in the wonderful kilt was oganising breakfast this morning and still at 21,00 organising meals and the bar and also the dedicated staff that work with him, what a great team, you have made our short breakaway to this beautiful country wonderful, thankyou xx

Falkirk central

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago as I knew it was near the Falkirk wheel , and I wasn't disappointed the staff were amazing including the staff in the beef eater nxt door where breakfast is served.It has a lift which might come in handy if someone finds stairs too much. It is close to camelon which is particularly useful if u are changing from stirling or coming from the north of Scotland also not to far from Falkirk high which is on the Glasgow/Edinburgh line .The town itself is only about 15mins away 

Falkirk wheel

Arrived here, and though a little tight on way in due to narrow doors, as a wheelchair user, we had a fantastic welcome from those at the welcome desk, the room was clean and tidy, bed comfy, though a little low for me, all those who were on the desk, during the week we stopped were great, nothing too much trouble, we had some lovely conversations with them and would stop there again if in the area, thank you guys and gals for an absolutely great stay, we really could not fault here
