Not the worst Premier Inn I've stayed in.. but certainly not the best.
The room was 'ok' with the usual comfortable Premier Inn bed, the bathroom wasn't great.. the shower was very dingy with dirty looking silicone, could really do with a refurb.
The reception staff weren't exactly welcoming.. I arrived about 2pm and went in to register my car, was met by a completely empty reception, I started inputting my car details when a rather grumpy lady popped her head out and kind of barked at me "check in isn't till 3"...  I politely replied that I was aware and was just redeeming my parking, she disappeared as quickly as she'd arrived and no offer of an early check in (which I don't usually mind paying extra for) or any information you'd usually expect upon early arrival.
The restaurant for the hotel is a beefeater next door, it was NOT good.
The breakfast was awful, everything overcooked and you can actually see into the kitchen and watch them just microwaving all the food.
I don't think I'll be staying here next time I'm in the area.

Poor example of a Premier Inn 

Clean and tidy spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Premier Inn 🙂.... The restaurant next door had plenty to choose from for our evening meal but I would advise going to breakfast earlier as they did run out out hash browns when we arrived. Not that it spoiled my stay 🙂

Great Premier Inn

Stay here regularly on business. Hotel itself is to the usual high standard that Premier offer. The staff are extremely friendly and efficient and it is good to see the some of the same staff visit after visit.
The adjoining Beefeater however is another story. The food is reasonable albeit the size of the portions have reduced visibly but so have most other restaurant chains. The service is diabolical. There seems to be a lack of staff. It has taken 30 minutes to be served on occasions at dinner. Breakfast is advertised as starting at 0630. I have never found it open at 0630. The friendly staff seem to drift in when they feel like it.

Great hotel - dreadful restaurant

Had a lovely night stay. Receptionist very professional, quick and easy check inn. All staff in the hotel are very friendly and pleasant.Room very comfortable nice and tidy. Car park had enough spaces. Would definitely go back. Everything perfect

I'll stay there again

The rooms are clean and well maintained.  
Extra resources/facilities are available (additional tea/coffee etc or provision of iron/ironing board) upon request. 

The bed was extremely comfortable resulting in a very good night's sleep.

Excellent value

Great stay again. Fabulous team on reception, always happy to help with anything. The room was really clean as always. I will continue to use this hotel every time I'm in need of accommodation. Just can not beat this little one. The best in Medway in my opinion.

Lovely. Excellent customer service. Room was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. We stayed after a family wedding. It was so convenient and was easy to find. To add to it we was actually comfortable and not disturbed

Great staff, great housekeepers, great clean rooms. Just great everything. I always get amazing service whenever I stay here in Rainham. They have changed the beds since my last stay, which was a pleasant surprise.

A nice little hotel, friendly and helpful staff. The beds were amazing, so comfy. The only let down was the noise from the building site the other side of the car park. Other than that I enjoyed my stay here.

I wasn't going to stay in a premier inn again but unfortunately I am given a budget so had no choice.
The same issues with the carpet and bathroom,not being hoovered properly and find a alot of bodily hair.
Also coffee/tea stains down the walls 
I felt positive when entering my room as it had smelt fresh so it was a huge let down and resulted in me not getting much sleep as it made me feel uncomfortable and annoyed that clwaners can't do their jobs properly!
