A very nice comfortable small hotel.. Bathroom is very small but bedroom and sitting room good size, we had the suite. Breakfast not very inspiring but ok. The stay was lovely as the staff are great. Quiet location and close to main Street. Reasonably priced

We were very impressed by The Bradley - The room was very nicely decorated & there are a lot of excellent "little touches" that made the visit all the better.

Kerrie is friendly & helpful & obviously very hard working.

Breakfast was also delicious & promptly served.

There are lots of restaurants within a short walk covering all tastes & wallets.

The Bradley is an amazing place to stay, the room was lovely with a balcony with great views, there was everything you could wish for in the room, the bed was really comfortable, the staff were so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic I would highly recommend The Bradley and will definitely return

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. The hotel is in the center of Cheltenham (10 mins from the train station). I stayed 1 night and I slept very well in a very comfortable king size bed. You have free coffee/tea in your bedroom. I was welcomed with a free gin and tonic :-) The breakfast is +++. I had the full Bradley breakfast (English breakfast with sausages, bacon, black pudding) Delicious!

I booked this accommodation for one night and then realised it was a B&B , and not an hotel. The reviews were excellent and so I decided not to cancel and look for an hotel , one of my better decisions , the stay was faultless , the staff were fantastic and the room was lovely , we had our own balcony , there is normally an honesty bar but due to the current circumstances the hotel had decided against this , but we were offered a Gin & Tonic on arrival and happily accepted . The breakfast was as good as we’ve had in any hotel , a choice of fresh fruit , cereal , tea and coffee and toast , brought to the table and then a wide choice of cooked food , from full breakfast to a combination of bacon , eggs , salmon etc  all served fresh . It’s very close to everything Cheltenham has to offer , shops , bars & restaurants, and they can even arrange for car parking in the street so there is no worry about feeding the meters . Brilliant find and I would recommend anyone staying in Cheltenham to look at booking here

Lovely old style hotel in Cheltenham with fantastic service. This is how all hotels should treat their customers. Very welcoming and little touches that made the stay memorable. Breakfast included which is becoming rarer and rarer.

Myself and my sister recently had a very pleasurable stay at the Bradley and were so glad we'd made this choice! Easy parking right outside so we had a light lunch before checking in,, room was ready a little earlier for us and it was really lovely, we had the double with balcony. There was so much attention to detail and loads of little extras as well as a lovey gin and tonic off our hostess to enjoy on the balcony before we unpacked and headed off out.
We had a very comfortable night and enjoyed a morning coffee on our balcony before going down to a freshly prepared breakfast chosen off a lovely menu.
Lovely bathroom with great shower, nothing could have been improved upon, will definitely return, thanks so much.
Must also mention the history of the Georgian property, superb!

Just one night , deserves a post about it , Stayed in the balcony room . large room in a big Georgian building with a table and chairs on the balcony . Greeted by Kellie . gin and beer to settle into our rooms mid afternoon , Nice touch , Went out for dinner . Bradley is a good location to the shops and foodies around  then home to sleep big travel the next day . Room was comfy . big enough bed . Good brekkie in the morning . Little ;lounge around then off . Deserves 5 stars review due to the service and hard working staff esp. Kellie . good luck during these times ,

We stayed here for a week in June and it was all superb.  The hotel is a lovely Georgian terraced house in Montpelier which is by far the nicest and coolest place to stay in Cheltenham.

We were staying in the garden room which is beautifully decorated with comfy bed, great duvets etc.  The room has Nespresso machines, free tea and coffee, free crisps and chocolate even.

The bathrooms are top class, great shower, Moulton Brown shampoos and things, fluffy towels... We were super comfortable there.

The hotel is run by Kerrie and she is absolutely brilliant, fun and chatty at breakfast, nice drinks on arrival, she couldn't try harder to make sure you have everything you need.  She works tirelessly to make sure the hotel is spotless and well provisioned.

I would stay here again if I went to Cheltenham.  Loads of great bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk.

We stayed in room 4, it was stunning my partner said it was absolutely amazing! The service was lovely we were greeted with G&T’s on  arrival. Thoughtful added extras were included and it was really wonderful stay. Thank you
