We stayed because we had a child in PICU after a major surgery. Staff were amazing, I asked if we could extend the time we had to cancel their words were “of course you’re going through enough stress” and they gave us a refund of the second night as we had other accommodation at last minute. I can’t fault them. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and so understanding.

Overall an excellent experience. Food has been good these last days. If you move around the menu things are interesting. All round 5 stars. Not liking the minimum review length on trip advisor. Premier Inn always great. 
Oh for god's sake. I've said it all and they want more. Maybe revising my review. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Always good

We stay at this Premier Inn quite often when going to childrens hospital. Location exceptional as close to all shops and the hospital. Staff are always helpful and very polite and friendly, can't do enough for you. Always eat in Brewers fayre attached. Amazing staff always so friendly and Lisa and Pri, the managers,  always go the extra mile to make sure we have what we need, with us having a severely disabled child. Food varies from day to day but that's what we expect as its not a 5 star hotel but it's cheap and cheerful and staff are exceptional. Don't know all there names. Would recommend this premier inn and brewers fayre to everyone that needs to visit Bristol :)

Another excellent stay

While viting our friends in Bristol, we stayed here for 2 nights. We arrived quite early around 1pm, so the room wasn’t ready, but we could store our bags in the luggage room with no problems. Check in process was super easy, we were recommended a few good bars and places to eat. We will be definitely coming back!

Great stay!

This hôtel is the best value for money,friendly staff,very helpful, room clean and tidy.great expérience.
We came To bristol for a gig cancelled at the last minutes, so we were not in the best mood.fortunatly the hotel staff was very friendly and supportive with a very good british humor for two lost french guys.

A very good hotel

When checking in the staff were very polite and very helpful, the rooms were very clean and stocked, we ate in the brewers fayre attached to the hotel and once again the team in there were very cheerful and helpful food was very well presented and all piping hot overall an excellent stay we will definitely return and recommend you to family and friends thanks for a lovely visit 

Excellent stay

It was an amazing experience, everyone was so sweet and nice and very welcoming would definitely recommend! It’s a walk away for town in Bristol very convenient if you have a concert, it is also a walkable distance to temple meads train station. 

Amazing and polite

This hotel is great. It is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and approachable. I enjoy my stay every time at Lewins Mead! The overall price is very reasonable for centre Bristol and the restaurant is a very good price and good quality of food. 

Great Hotel

I have stayed in Bristol many of times and much prefer to stay here as I know how exceptional the service is both at the service desk and in the pub and restaurant.  Never had a bad experience once with this hotel.

Always had a great experience here

The aircon would not stay on longer than 30 minutes so both nights the room was incredibly hot meaning we had no sleep. This was despite complaining about the aircon and a member of staff changing the function from auto to manual on the second day. It still cut out on the second night meaning once again we were hot and had no sleep. If there is a manual function available which means the customer can apply a more comfortable temperature, this should be done automatically, not after the customer has had to sleep in uncomfortable conditions and complain about it. The main reason for paying for a hotel is to be able to sleep over somewhere rather than drive home and feel rested the next day. We both felt more tired than when we arrived. We definitely wouldn't stay here again after this experience
