Wonderful guest house.
Room was immaculately clean and pristine.
Such a quiet guest house not a sound all night.
We really enjoyed our stay.
Host Danny was so welcoming and friendly.
Would highly recommend this guest house.
Great location. 

What a little gem. Wonderful room very high standard. Nothing too much for Danny. Card entry was great. And supplied a fan which as a woman of a certain age is priceless. Central for North and South Beach. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Four adults stayed here in August. We were made to feel very welcome from start to finish. Our room was very comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee making facility was provided. TV is there if you have time to watch it. Parking permits are issued for on street parking.  Ideally situated for town centre and also Old Town which is a "must see", both during the day when it's quiet but also in the evening when it comes to life. There is a local pub over the road to the left of the hotel, and a breakfast cafe and coffee shop just up the road to the right (walking towards town). We had no problem sleeping, ie everyone came in and out quietly. We will definitely stay there again. 

A fabulous place to stay with equally terrific hosts. Our room was very comfortable with great features and lovely decor. We booked the larger room with a sea view. We were made to feel very welcome and we thoroughly recommend a stay here. Many thanks.

Lovely guest house room spotless and very modern Daniel and Danny lovely hosts would recommend and would stay again great breakfast close to beach and amenities superb value five stars would give ten if allowed.

I was booked in to stay over the scooter weekend in October,I was a single traveler on a motor scooter. I arrived a little early but that wasn’t a problem I was allowed to park safely in the patio area to the rear of the house wich is always a bonus. I was greeted at the door and shown to room 7 being a single occupancy and it was perfect light and airy very clean tea,coffee making facilities lovely bathroom with wall mounted tv.Breakfast in the morning was a full English an I mean full with cereal or yogurt starter as much T or coffee as you wanted.All in all a lovely stay with wonderful hospitality and wonderful guests. I will hopefully be returning next year a new highly recommend this guest house you will not be disappointed

Superb venue and place to stay, Danny was superb with us after i had an issue with my side on my booking, but he explained and helped brilliantly,

The room was super clean and for a single very spacious the only gripe i would have is the floorboards are creaky and felt bad when going to the bathroom in the early hours.

The place is super modern with keyless entry to the property and your rooms, and FREE WiFi was also another massive bonus i was not expecting or had missed on my booking.

Facilities in the room are great TV, Coffee and kettle etc 

Hopefully if i come again next year you have a vacancy and i can book again with you guys.

Spent a very enjoyable weekend in Bridlington. Dan and Danny were lovely hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, fresh and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Well it a lovely place feel more like home away from home. The room was very clean and tidy and in the heat wave that we were having a fan was provided which was very welcome and mad the night comfortably to sleep. I have no hesitation recommending this little gem. Regards the Decosta’s.

Scooter weekend

Superb Stay and Visit

Stayed at the promenade for 1 night and could not fault this place at all. From booking it to getting there to the friendly welcome that we had was second to none. 
Dan kept us in the loop about everything even got booked in earlier than out allotted time. 
Dan met us and was very friendly and welcoming, discussed with us about breakfast and the door entry. Absolutely on hand for anything.
The room was absolutely stunning feeling very fresh bright clean and airy. Fresh towels on the bed and a nice gesture of cookies and a bottle of water.
Bed very comfortable and very quiet at night which helped to have a good restful sleep.
Had breakfast the following morning which again was faultless, very friendly staff that attended to all our needs. 
Very friendly and sociable.
No complaints what so ever about this guest house and will definitely be our go to place now.
Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing stay

We had a lovely stay here everything was perfect . Very  clean, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated .the hosts made us feel welcome , nice breakfast ,plenty of coffee and tea in our room. I especially liked the dining room where there was plenty of space in-between the tables ..
Just perfect , we will be back soon ..

This was our second stay here and it was great again. Ideally situated for all amenities. Spacious en suite room with a sea view. Plenty of tea, coffee + milk replenished every day. Breakfast was tasty with fruit juice, cereals, yogurt and a full English to choose from plus fresh tea + coffee. Thank you for making us welcome and for our Easter gift.

Lovely B&B

Stayed for two nights (for the second time) and this is the place to stay in Bridlington for me as Dan (and Daniel) is/are very good hosts, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about Brids amenities...The room was excellent, very clean and  comfortable and t he bed is firm but not hard, giving a great nights sleep. The location is excellent for centrality, cafes and shops. The free car parking is the cap-stock on this really lovely Guest house - highly recommended. Thank you Dan!

We stayed at the promenade on the 23 of Oct 21 for 2 nights  with my daughter and son in law ...Dan and Danny  was so welcoming as usual  ...Dan's breakfast was excellent..place realy clean and modern ,nice and quite Adults only, but close to every you need ...we will be back love this place  ,nothing is to much trouble..zena

Another excellent stay in brid

This was a gem of a find. The rooms appear to have recently been refurbished so it was lovely, clean and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble. A very comfy bed, and if like me you hate creased sheets none here 😀. Easily walkable into town. There is limited off street parking so that is a bonus. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Bridlington.

Midweek break

Friendly welcome from Dan & Danny. Very good quality and well presented cooked Breakfast, with generous portions. Family room was ok and comfortable enough for 2 Adults and 1 child but situated at ground level, to front of property, so cannot avoid disturbance from passing traffic during the night.All local amenities including Childrens and "big kids" amusements within easy walking distance, with seafront literally 3 minutes away. Parking permit provided for length of stay, although may not be able to park directly outside of Guest House.
