Stayed here for a weeks fishing with a friend in june we stayed in otter cottage which was fantastic everything you needed beds were so comfy and everything was so clean even around the area we had a fantastic weeks fishing with lots of  
 fish nigel and fiona the owners were very nice people and was great to see the animals we cannot wait to go back next year thankyou 

Weeks fishing

Great 3 days of fishing.Every one caught loads on the method and pole,with meat pellet and corn.Stayed in the static caravan number five fantastic  place.We will be returning.Couldn't fault it.6 happy Anglers.

Lovely animals, awful owners - dont go. Proprietors miserable and uncaring.
Not disabled friendly. Disabled accommodation acceptable, but no handrails in shower room. Lake in poor state of repair, old wooden jetties unuseable. Dead animals impaled on barbed wire on entrance to lake very upsetting.

We stopped in the Otter Cottage in August 2021. The cottage was fabulous. Well maintained, clean and we had everything we needed provided. The whole facilities were great. My dad is disabled and they were very accommodating with the fishing facilities. The farm was quiet and peaceful. There were lots of things to do around and about and we had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous place

We stayed in one of the older style caravans which was "tired" in some areas internally. There is a pig farm next door and this can be smelly/noisy at times. The road leading to the caravan is in a poor state, so you have to drive carefully. On the plus side, there was plenty of hot water and the beds were comfy but more could be done to make this accommodation 5 star

Comfortable

Stayed in Otter Cottage for a weekend fishing break. This place is perfect in everyway, from the immaculately clean cottage and facilities to the fishing. Over 2 days they caught 54 carp 16lb being their biggest catch, 8 bream. It is ideally located for local  pub Warton Arms, Lidl, garden centres etc. The wonderful animals on the farm are an added bonus. Gorgeous adorable donkeys! Beverley  itself is fab, quaint little town. We can’t rate Barmston high enough and will 100% be back and recommend to everyone. THANK YOU Nigel and Fiona for a wonderful break.

1 WORD ... AMAZING!!!!

As we had just sold our house and needed somewhere to stay whilst waiting to move into our new home We booked one of the Static Caravans at the dog friendly Barmston Farm at Woodmansey and then a couple of weeks later we booked The Dairy Cottage. Both the Static and the Cottage were well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The site itself is extremely well looked after,with plenty of space to walk the dog. There is a a well stocked lake to fish which was very popular on the two occasions that we stayed. We were quite surprised to find that there were donkeys, goats and Alpacas on the site which I'm sure any children would love to see. I would not hesitate to recommend Barmston Farm for a relaxing stay, either to fish or visit the surrounding areas.

Barmston Farm Woodmansey

We had a wonderful stay at Barmston Farm Holiday Park last week . We were booked into Fox cottage from Mon to Fri and would highly recommend it . It lives up to the 5 star rating with lovely clean comfortable accommodation. Conveniently placed to visit both Beverley and Hull . Excellent fishing and would also suit families with a nice play area and lovely animals . We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing place to stay

Just had mon-fri break here,1 word wow,this place is great,accomodation is superb,the place is very clean ,has everything you need,fishing is 1st class,i cant speak to highly about this place it really is nice,the cottage we stayed in was Dairy Cottage,it is disabled friendly with walk in wet room.

Superb

We’re spending a three day break in Fox Cottage - having received a warm, friendly welcome, we entered the accommodation. Absolutely spotless, large bathroom and bedrooms - relaxing living area and everything you need in a kitchen. Plenty of towels are provided, as well as tea, coffee and milk. We’ve met two of the loveliest dogs you could wish to and have been feeding the gorgeous goats. Once we get home, we’ll be looking at making a return visit!
