Went for a Premier plus room and was very satisfied. The staff were all very pleasant. Having the Bar and Block Steakhouse attached was great and the cocktails were lovely. The room was very comfortable and we had no issues. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Great Stay

We stayed here 4-12-23 and had a lovely time. The hotel was lovely and the bed very comfortable as always. The hotel is very central to the city centre. We decided after arrival that we would book the meal deal. Firstly the breakfast then the dinner. The hotel was booked for with my card but the meal deal was paid for by my husband using his credit card. After we checked out i discovered that the hotel had also charged my card for the evening meal deal. I spent the 5/12/23 all day trying to get through to the hotel without success. I even phoned the other premier inn in Alfred street to discover if there was a problem with cathedral quarters phones but they said no. I continued to try getting through and eventually on 6/12/23 I got to speak with a receptionist who said that they would sort out the problem and we would be refunded. 2 weeks later still no refund so I phoned back and was advised that the hotel had raised the overpayment and referred it to headquarters for issue of refund but that there was 3 weeks delays for refund. This is now one month later and still no refund. I’m very disappointed with Premier inn as when things go wrong it’s a good time for the business to show its customer that they care. I will think twice before I make another booking with Premier inn.

Great hotel and location. Slept really well and the blackout curtains meant we could lay in. The location was very central to Belfast and we were never more than a 10 minute walk from where we wanted to go. 

Great hotel

We loved our stay here. Location of hotel is great, close to city centre, helpful friendly staff, rooms have all you need, very comfy beds and great competitive price. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with great location to city

Room we were given fist the heating was broken. Then when we did move room there was very little heat. The heating is also very difficult to operate. The table for breakfast was really small. Its more a table for one not two people

Poor

Central hotel to visit Belfast. The reception staff are very kind. The rooms are old and in need of refurbishment. Dirty, stained and holed carpet. Tear-roofed and threatening to fall. Old furniture. Especially not dining in the restaurant next to the hotel. The food is inedible.

Convenient hotel

In general, I really appreciate Premier Inns because the beds are (also here) excellent and the price-performance ratio is usually very good. This in Belfast was not the best of the chain now... it's around the ugliest courtyard - but it doesn't really matter, you just want to sleep here. And you can do that here well: the beds are great, the hotel is quiet. The sink is in this hotel room, well, it's still going well. In the room it smelled like chlorine, it's going less. Last night, pretty late, kids ran around everywhere, who were neither supervised nor measured. Not only the guilt of the... the average breakfast, for a very cheap price, was in perfect order.

Superb beds, moderately nice hotel

We had a very pleasant stay in a very comfortable family room The staff were very friendly, and the hotel is just short walk from some great bars, shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant was very pleasant too. Will definitely visit again

Very comfortable stay

Excellent value for money. great location with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. The breakfast is fantastic and kids always love it making it a highlight of the trip. Friendly staff and will definitely return 

Midterm bre3

We could get everywhere we wanted to go in Belfast by foot from the hotel. The cathedral Quarter has loads of restaurants and bars. The city centre began just around the corner and the bridge to the Titanic area was just over to the side beyond the cathedral and clock tower. Crumlin Gaol was a 20 minute walk.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Magda at breakfast who advised on places to go and gave us a map and leaflets. Room had everything we needed. Breakfast plentiful and pastries lovely and warm. Really enjoyed our stay and packed a lot in.
