Lovely staff at front desk and the sleepy resident cat. 

It’s a busy hotel so car park fills up quickly. 
Car park is also in a slope so be mindful when opening car doors.

Beefeater restaurant next door and hotel asks if you want to book breakfasts and evening meals. 
Were helpful too in cancelling appointment when we weren’t back in time for our booked table

Nice hotel and friendly staff

Stopped at Ashford en-route to France for a few nights. Hotel was exactly what I expected as I’ve stopped there before. I’ve had it cheaper, but considering it was a bank holiday weekend I expected it to be more.
We ate at the beefeater attached to the hotel & the service was awful. Had to wait over an hour from ordering to getting my food. The food was mediocre at best and certainly not worth what I paid. 

I’ll definitely stop here again, but will eat elsewhere…

Does what it says on the tin, just eat somewhere else

A comfortable stay in this Premier Inn, which we were using as a base for a 3 night mini-break touring around east Kent.  It offered really good value accommodation and the food in the Beefeater next door was excellent.  Our room was away from the main road and very quiet.
One star lost for the very poor WiFi, otherwise everything was as expected and more.

A very suitable hotel for exploring East Kent

I just stayed for one night on my way down to the channel, well up to the usual Premier Inn standard.
A warm and friendly welcome, a Beefeater next door, good parking and easy access back on to the M20, and only a 20 minute drive to the channel tunnel the following morning.
I will definitely use it again for my next trip.

Great Stopover

It was comfy enough, the bathroom smelt a little damp and signs of mold. Love having an opening window. Areas of the carpet had heavy dust. Annoying not to have a socket on both sides of the bed. 
Also be aware the car park was full and there is no lift if you have mobility issues.

Checked into this hotel for a night after travelling back from Paris to break up the journey. Upon arrive at 6pm knackered from a day travelling, all I wanted was a clean room and a bed. I had a room with a bed but there was nothing clean about it! We had 2 rooms and both had a strong smell of damp, had dead flies and dust on the windowsills, the rooms were full of dust a cobwebs one all across the tv. I have stayed in a lot of Premier Inn’s over the years and never experienced a hotel this filthy before! I definitely would not want to stay there again or recommend anyone else does!

Disgusting! Not what I expect from Premier Inn

We needed somewhere to stay near the tunnel. Premier Inns have always been great in the past and Ashford North provided the same experience as others.
Room was exceptionally clean and everything worked with noting loose. Quiet room, comfortable bed and good temperature so it was another great stay.
Restaurant was good and we enjoyed our meal. 
A USB socket would have been useful.
I look forward to staying at Premier Inn again in the near future.



Stopover for Eurotunnel

The hotel was up to the normal good standard. the evening meal and the staff was lovely.

Then we went for breakfast, could not see any orange juice and when i asked the waitress i get a we have run out. So i suggested a bottle from behind the bar and was told NO .
 
we then found out that the breakfast was no longer a buffet help yourself and therefore could not see anything beforehand. By the time it arrived the toast was cold and we had finished our hot drinks.
It would be good to know if this system is now the normal at every Premier Inn or do we just have to avoid this one.
i felt the attitude of the waitress was not good nor did she attempt to offer a alternative which was acceptable.



THE BREAKFAST LET DOWN

The bed was disgusting and collapsed I contacted premier in. Showed them the photo and never heard anything more (guaranteed good night sleep I think not ) it was impossible to get through to customer services and when I did they where not helpful at all

Hotel was as expected, the breakfast let this one down. Lacking in quality and quantity for the continental breakfast and a much needed improvement required on the service. Would recommend finding somewhere else to spend your money for breakfast.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, just allowed Motorbikes to use the disabled parking bays which was unnecessary and not on.
