Great location and really spacious apartments. We had a 3 bed apartment which was spotless. Staff really attentive when any probs arose. Cleaners attended regularly and left water every day. Pool is shaded and the on-site restaurant do a lovely breakfast 

Highly recommended 

Currently staying at this hotel. It’s a great place. Nice views from hotel overlooking the marina. Very clean hotel very large lounge area in the room with a massive kitchen and large bedroom tool. Comes with extra toilet in the Appartment which is a bonus 

Great hotel, really friendly staff and quirky restaurant downstairs 

Stayed for a week as a family of 4 in a two bedroom apartment, huge space with everything you would need as a base to explore the ever expanding Dubai. The location of the apartment couldn’t be any better and the view we had from our balcony on the 14th floor was breathtaking overlooking the marina. Everything is within walking distance as the hotel is close to a bridge giving access to the whole marina. Here you will find anything you want from the mall, restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee houses to boat trips. Very close to the local mosque which is so beautiful.

Perfect location

Stayed 10 days in January in a 2 bedroom apartment with views that were amazing …the balcony is very small and not comfortable to sit outside… pool area wasn’t very big but definitely a great place to sunbathe as not very busy… the staff were very helpful especially Muhammed Javid  who helped me with booking tickets for the horse racing and with printing my boarding passes also Janus who booked us in gave excellent customer service 

Big apartment

Had a fantastic holiday here the apartment was so nice and spacious and air conditioning excellent location excellent and staff were very helpful would definitely recommend going there . We were in the 11 th floor and had a great view of the marina

Friend holiday

Check in : we were two families we opted to try to check in earlier than anticipated check in 
We were extremely lucky and one room was available other would be ready later in day - did not stop us as we had loads planned that day we dropped our cases and went exploring 

We booked 2 x 3 bedroom apartment  these were amazing - large and extremely well equipped

But rough around the edges but was not expecting too much as the value of this apartments were amazing

Breakfast: you can dine in an external provided cafe in reception - the food was amzing don’t expect a buffet experience but a well organised cofffee - bread shop - even my kids had a play centre within the cafe 

Location : extremely well located if you have been to marina before it’s better to stay near a bridge as waking around to each side is painful 
Your literally 5 min walk form amenities of restaurants , around 20 minute walk to pier 7 and around 40 minute walk to JBR the walk - we opted for taxis when you get in its all on the meter but it’s the one way systems which add time yo our journey - most I paid in taxi wa around 5 GBP 

Rooms ; iron , hairdryer rooms consisted of everything that your would need for a short stay - we was allocated on floor 28 and 33 with truly amazing views 

Pool : tried out pool for an hour - self help pool towel but disappoints that the kids plunge pool was not operating but this can’t be helped 

Overall if your looking to an excellent location and good value then look no further

Self cater - amazing location

This hotel was in a fantastic location right on the Marina near to all restaurants, shops and the Dubai Marina Mall. It was very easy to get taxis from outside the hotel if required (or use UBER). Right next to the hotel was a Carrefour supermarket which was open until Midnight (i think) that sold food, drinks, fresh produce, cigarettes etc.
We had a 3 bedroom apartment which WOW was amazing!!! Literally it was like a house, if not bigger. It had 2 balconies and 3 bathrooms and plenty of room. I would deffo recommend this hotel and come back to it!! On the ground floor next to reception, you had a nice cafe, excursions desk, hairdressers, salon and a barber and free wifi throughout the whole hotel.
You have to pay a 300 aed as a deposit on check in which you get back when you check out- this was per room, aswell as the tourism tax.
Ordered deliveroo one of the nights for Nandos which was over the road and this got delivered to the room.
All in all, great hotel/great location and such friendly staff.

Great Hotel and Location

Great location, spectacular views. Staff all very friendly. Pool was small but never overly busy, and we often had it to ourselves. Apartment was very spacious. Supermarket next door was very handy. Fifteen minutes walk to beach, ten minutes to nearest metro / tram station. Great base for trip to Dubai.

Excellent

This was a special weekend with family and friends. Space is enough and easy access. Staff are also accommodating and approachable. Check in was a bit late - but they compromise with a later check out.

Perfect for Families

Simply amazing place. The location is spectacular. Supermarket and pharmacy are walking distance. The bakery inside the hotel offers delicious meals. The Flats are very well equipped, extremely spacious, nicely designed, but what makes this property so prestigious is the breathtaking view of Marina. What made our experience u forgettable is the super professional team who helped and supported us through out our vacation. A particular note of gratitude to Mr. Muhammed Javid and Ms. Victoria who really went the extra mile to accommodate all our requests, made us feel comfortable and at home, provided always the best and spot on support at any hour of the day. Kudos to you guys! Dusit Princess is simply the best option for an hassle free holiday with the fam in Dubai. Go for it.
