We stayed for a couple of nights here. The rooms given to us were quite big. Good service.  This is the first time we stayed in a cave hotel, so the experience was good. Taxis are easily available near the hotel to go to Gerome area where you can do the adventure activities. The hotel is in the ortahisar area, which is about 10 to 15 minutes' drive from the Gerome area. 

Good experience to stay In a cave hotel

The hotel staff are so welcoming and hospitable. It's a beautiful underground and antique hotel experience... 

The hotel is just 50 meters from the town square. Lots of places to explore and a mini supermarket and restaurants for meals. It makes a really nice break from the monotony of standard hotels that, after a while, all feel the same.

Wonderful Cave experience for Australians 

We had room 405. It was humid, hot, the walls were mouldy and dank and the air was stale and musky.  It was like walking into an Egyptian Sarcophagus! To make matters worse there is no A/C. It is the lowest room in the hotel. Our itinerary said we would be staying at the Antique House and somehow we ended up in Luna Cave Hotel down through the back door. There is no privacy latch or internal lock on the door from inside, so to secure yourself you had to key lock yourself into the room, which is a fire escape hazard! But we couldn’t even lock our door as we had to leave the door ajar to get some fresh air.  The room had little privacy as it was a communal entry with the room next door. A pump somewhere outside kept running for a short cycle every 15 minutes! We didn’t sleep at all. Shame on you Trip a Deal! This is no way to treat your touring guests…..Doesn’t deserve one star!

Terrible

I had the pleasure of staying at Antique House Hotel in June 2023 for a delightful two-night vacation. The hotel, located just a 10-minute taxi ride away from Goreme, is easily accessible and boasts a great location. What struck me immediately upon arrival was the impressive architecture—the hotel is housed in a beautifully restored underground cave, exuding an old-world charm.

The check-in process was smooth, and I was warmly welcomed by the hotel staff. The cleanliness of the hotel deserves a perfect score of 10/10. From the lobby to my room, everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained.

Speaking of the room, while I can't recall the specific type, it provided utmost comfort. The bed and furniture were of excellent quality, guaranteeing a restful sleep. The cleanliness in the room was equally outstanding, earning another 10/10.

In the morning, I had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel's breakfast, which was very good. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, providing a satisfying start to the day.

Although I did not have the opportunity to experience the hotel's on-site restaurants or additional services, I can vouch for the high level of customer service provided by the hotel staff. Mr. Savas and his family, who manage the hotel, were incredibly hospitable, making me feel like a valued guest. They even went the extra mile to assist me in arranging local transportation, ensuring I could explore the nearby tourist attractions conveniently.

The hotel's Wi-Fi service was reliable and easily accessible, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Moreover, the noise level was impressively low, providing a peaceful and serene ambiance.

Ultimately, what made my stay at Antique House Hotel truly memorable was the caring and loving nature of the family running the establishment. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made me feel right at home, adding a personal touch that sets this hotel apart.

In conclusion, Antique House Hotel in Cappadocia is a hidden gem that offers an exceptional experience. With its remarkable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, convenient location, attentive staff, and delicious breakfast, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in the area.


Great Experience

We went as part of a Trip a Deal tour and arrived late. The staff were amazing. After a really long day in the bus, dinner and our rooms were ready. The staff were amazing, getting our luggage to our rooms (bit tricky in the dark). We were in the Turkurz 302 which was the pick of the hotel. Truly amazing. Food was really good and plentiful. Staff went above and beyond, we had a great night dancing after dinner!
You should know they do not service the rooms unless you are they to give permission. 
I should mention, some of our group were not so lucky with their rooms.

Amazing experience!

Stayed 2 nights in the Harry Potter closet under the stairs I was just waiting for the owl to arrive with a letter LOL
Most of the other guest had really palatial rooms but not I .My cistern was broken and had to be operated manually (not that hygenic) electrical light switch coming away  from wall ,the light above vanity in bathroom was rusted and did not work and you guessed it the shower leaked as well as the one above me as the leak down the wall from above and the refrigerator did not work and where the kettle was  no power point .I never had a hot shower as water was warm and then cold.
First hotel that supplied toiletries shampoo conditioner body lotion still no tissues
I understand that these rooms are rustic but I felt I drew the short straw.
The heater in the room only worked when turned on from main and all heating was operated by a coal heater can you believe it coal !!!!!
The room and bed was comfortable 
Dinner and breakfast where amazing being home cooked so to speak 
A minutes walk to "town "so to speak and what a place to explore .So many spice, antique ,nut shops and a small supermarket again being off season not many people about but they again left the dogs and cats.

HARRY POTTERS  CAVE ACCOMODATION 

My wife and I stayed in this property for 2 days and we loved it. The place is beautifully maintained with the scenic view of capacodica. The rate is not expensive but the service is top notch :)

And the staff... They were the sweetest. They are very very friendly and they took care of us really well. I am a vegetarian and they made special vegetarian food just for me. Thanks a lot to Latifa, ayfair,mehmood, Ismail, savaash and aamir. It was a very special trip to us and these guys made it very special for us. 

If you are looking for a lovely place with lovely people, I would suggest this place for sure :)

We had our honeymoon in this hotel and  thanks to the hotel owner Mr. Savaş and his team we had a great holiday in Cappadocia . The Hotel is  a very nice and historical family place with delicious turkish cuisine and good location. We strongly recommend you to try this location, especially for the holiday. You will enjoy your time and the hotel will help you to arrange all the tours

Honeymoon.  Good view historical area

We really enjoyed our honeymoon here, the hospitality was very  exceptional. The food was delicious from morning Turkish breakfast to assisting guests with tour trips such balloon rides, Quad Biking, horse and camel rides etc. The evening meal was truly exceptional as they're made with hard work. Usually their job is to take care of you. The rooms are very very historical so don't go about complaining about the rooms, they're pretty cool, from the beds to the bathrooms, everything was superb. Turkish people are very much lovely people. Reception was very quick, just the explanations that had to be thorough. I can't wait to visit Cappadocia Antique House Hotel.

Best hotel I've ever visted/ Bayıldım

It is very nice hotel ! The warm and cozy rooms, the view from restaurant and food were perfect ! The hotel workers were very kindly and carried about everything and everybody ! Recommended this hotel :)
