Hotel Yaka Inn

We booked two nights last minute on Expedia and weren’t sure what to expect. But the room was absolutely immaculate and our room overlooked the ocean with a lovely view of the castle. Accommodations were quite simple, but clean clean clean and entirely as advertised. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is valet across the street but totally safe and next to a police station. Also the food was a big win. Breakfast and dinner was included so we didn’t have the highest expectations. But it was really fantastic. In particular the dinner - fresh and delicious served in hearty quantities. We really enjoyed our stay here. Even though it is basic, it is clean, safe, functional with an ocean view. It’s not the four seasons, but it’s great value for a couple nights. Note that Kizcalesi isn’t for everyone - a lot of family oriented but quite loud nightlife. There is a beach out front and only a few minutes walk to the museum beach club which was awesome.
