This villa is the best you ever can dream. We were spending just fantastic week there in June 2022. The villa is located in upper hill with astonishing view no matter which time of day you'd have. There's plenty of room for even larger group or family. All furniture, amenities etc. are top-notch classy gear. There's nothing you could miss. The infinity pool is the crown jevel of the place having just greatly tempered water in. Sunbeds for the whole group and more. There are beautiful pittoresque details in the garden for your eye candy. Bedrooms are cosy with details and great beds, bathrooms for everyone. 
You just cannot get better villa than this!

Just amazing villa to have your dream vacation

From the moment we arrived Ramazan was there to greet us along with the amazing view. 
The villa has all the amenities we needed. The BBQ was a great bonus along with the 10 sun loungers and the 4 umbrellas. 
The villa was clean, dishwasher and washing machine available too. 
Going back to the view it is just stunning, especially when your swimming in the infinity pool. 
I would highly recommend this villa, we are already talking about coming back to it.

This villa is amazing, i highly recommend it. The views across Kalkan are amazing.
In total 9 of us stayed and plenty of room for all.
The host was superb and arranged airport transfers and recommended boat trips etc.

Best villa holiday ever

We booked this villa for 8. Two parents and 6 young people aged between 20 and 24. All of us were so happy when we seen it. Hally sorry don’t know how to spell met us helped carry luggage showed us round. A very nice guy. Arranged breakfast for the following morning. The villa was very clean with everything could need. The pool was so lovely but oh those views we all were blown away. We are all suffering from withdrawal symptoms today and just wAnt to ring a taxi for villa valo.   We don’t drive on holiday you did need to use taxis but they were cheap and plentiful. I loved Kalyan it’s Just perfect. Fantastic places to eat every meal was ten out of ten. No change of towels while we were there I guess I could have washed them but we didn’t. Would so recommend this place   I really hope I can go back 

Fantastic holiday 

This was our fourth visit to Kalkan & this is the best accomodation yet. We visited with friends, 3 adults & 3 kids (11,13 & 14). The villa has 5 rooms, 1 double downstairs with shower room/toilet opposite, en suite double & twin rooms on the middle floor & two low level doubles, one en suite, up stairs. All bedrooms have sea views or balconies. The lounge kitchen area is well equipped & enters out to the beautiful patio & pool area. There is a large dinning table inside, we never used this, & a large marble table, able to seat 10, outside. The villa is very clean & aircon'd throughout, which was great! The infinity pool was larger than we expected & we spent many hours playing around in the water. Under the pool/patio, on a lower level, is a garage & separate lounge area with table tennis table. This was a nice, shaded, area to make use off. There are plenty of sun lounges, with umbrellas, around the pool, as well as 3 on the lower patio behind the pool & 3 more on the table tennis area. Other seating / lounger areas are on the balconies & there is a lovely sitting area on the middle floor landing. The villa also has a gas BBQ, which we made good use of, & a water cooler for cold, fresh water...saving the need to have to buy large packs in the shops. New bottles can be ordered, if needed, & are delivered, FOC, within minutes for 25TL each. The villa itself is high up on the hill above the Old Town with stunning views over Kalkan, the bay & Mouse & Snake Islands. Despite this elevated position, leaving the villa via the garage gates & down the steep hill, you reach the footbridge over the main D400 road within a few minutes &, from there, drop down in to the end of the town centre within 10 minutes. Also, there is a gentler route, using another bridge, that takes a little longer & takes you in to town near the main road in, close to where the Thursday market & Migros supermarket are. Kalkan was just as we remember it from previous visits, the last 3 years ago, & the restaurants & bars still as good. Our favourites were Korsan above the beach, The Old House & the Yali Bar, especially if you are a football fan!!! We would recommend this villa to anybody wanting quality accomodation, at a reasonable price, in a great location & it is ideal for families & groups of friend. We will certainly return to Kalkan &, if with friends again, Villa Valo will be our first choice!! Finally, Vesa, the owner, has been extremely helpful throughout the booking. Also, Osman, Halil & the local service team went above & beyond, especially in helping us rent a B&B room in the Old Town on the day we left, giving us somewhere to store our luggage & freshen up after the 8 hours + wait for our transfer back to Dalaman, after we checked out of the villa.
