I came here for 2 nights having cycled to Istanbul. Immediately on arrival I was greeted warmly as if I was an old friend by Sinan. The hotel has 20 or so rooms so manages to make each guest’s experience personal. The breakfast on the roof terrace was a real treat and I took my time over that! Rooms are fab - nicely decorated, quiet and well laid out. The location is right in the centre of lots of restaurants, cafes and shops but it is quiet in the hotel. I did need specific help from the hotel staff on sourcing materials to pack my bicycle for my plane home. Sinan and the staff were so helpful getting me supplies and pointing me to places where I could get other things I needed that the hotel didn’t have. I think other hotels would have just said ‘we don’t have that or we can’t help’ but here the staff go out of their way to help. I want my family to experience this lovely hotel, so I will definitely be back!!! Thank you to all the amazing staff at RUZ Hotel!!!!
