I start by saying I book the room via booking.com.and when we got there (early) te room was ready next 1.5hrs.Ready if you can call that ready..when you you get to the lobby is a the most depressing dusty unsanitary place,the owner or manager offered breakfast but the food didnt look fresh at all,nothing looks like the photos,everything in the photos are photographic enhanced .The level of cleaning in the roon was terrible even though they they say is was just clean but the smell of "POOP" or dirty bathroom convined with the high humidity of the plce added more to it.the room was for my sister & she is ashmatic so you can imagine how bad that make the situacion,we went to another property where we have a second reservation for 2 people in our family & the owner was able to get my sister in her property.But the owner of MIA CAPPADOCIA HOTEL didnt return any money to us,we lost the money !!! and he has no manner!!!

Overall good, but bathroom had unpleasant odor. It needs renovation.

It was helpful for a Japanese person to go alone and respond very politely to the happenings. The room was also calm and it was very easy to spend! I especially liked the terrace.

Its a literal cave no windows or ac.you wont be able to relax or have a good sleep coz its humid inside,only good thing is the courteous staff but the hotel is definately not worth staying.

The property and host were really good. The location was very easy accessible. The car parking is too tight as it is a busy place with other hotels. You can see wonderful balloon view from the balcony. The breakfast was amazing.

One of the best cave hotel in Goreme

Avoid the hotel. Do not book any excursions through them.  

Booked a baloon flight through them a day after I had booked a photoshoot with another company. I explicitly told them I had a photoshoot tomorrow and  couldn't book the ballon flight tomorrow, but wanted it the day after and gave them the specific date I wanted the ballon flight.  On the day of the photoshoot I get picked up by what I thought was a van to the photoshoot, only to be called a few minutes later by the photoshoot people.  Had to stop the van in the middle of the road and have the photoshoot people pick us up on the side of the road.  (The photoshoot people were very professional).  

The hotel refused to change the date of the balloon trip and  refused to refund our money.  Absolutely horrible customer service.  A complete nightmare.

It was a last minute booking for us. Overall it was quite a good find. The initial room we were given was right behind the reception, so we found that there was less privacy and the window opening was in the corridor and there was no daylight in the room, although the room itself was nice, so we paid extra to change the room upstairs. The room upstairs was really nice. We had goreme view right infront of our room. The viewpoint is literally less than 5 mins away, both for balloons and sunset. You can see balloons from the hotel and also the sunset. The reception staffs were friendly mainly the young guy who was on night shifts. Although he speaks less english, he tried his best to give good customer service. I would definitely be recommending this cave hotel.
