Eat the food....its the best....fresh every day cant fault anything...the sweets to die for....pool great....staff great...victor the boss is so friendly and will help you with anything....entertainment first class....Turkish night not to be missed....the whole week was first class....10 out of 10....from liz......


Best hotel in hisaronu

We arrived at the hotel the early hours of Saturday morning. Check in was swift and then we were shown to our room. Nothing too posh but very clean and comfortable. I discovered I’d forgot my toothbrush when unpacking so the lovely man and reception walked me to a shop at 2 in the morning. We woke for breakfast and there was a good choice. Freshly made omelettes and pancakes were on offer. Lunch and dinner were also fantastic but there wasn’t much fish choice which I like.  The pool area is great fun and very friendly with several slides at one end.  In the evening there is an entertainment programme and great prizes to be won on bingo. I won a boat trip. All in all this hotel is small and friendly and by the end of the week the staff felt like family. I would definitely go back.

Really enjoyed our stay

Just returned from another week at telemosses select which never disappoints in fact gets better every time we visit. Victor and his staff cannot do enough for you and the hotel is immaculately clean. Food and drink is always plenty full with great selection. 

Returning August 2023 and already booked for May and august 2024

Holiday heaven

The staff are extremely helpful. Nothing is too much for them.
Excellent selection of food and drinks on the All Inclusive deal. 
Varied entertainment plan to suit ages 18-90.
Rooms are kept spotlessly clean together with the outside areas, swimming pool, jacuzzi, waterslides  & dinner room.

Amazing 7 days away in wonderful hotel with spa

Came to this hotel with friend and family last year and can’t fault it, Excellent and friendly staff that make you feel welcome and just a great hotel in a perfect location.
100% recommend not just for the hotel but for Sanitary SPA managed by Vahit and his team they are amazing at what they do and has to be the best Turkish bath/spa experience I have ever had 🙌 cant wait till May so I can pop in with my partner for the Spa, see you all soon ✈️☀️❤️

Great hotel and best Turkish bath/SPA around

Fantastic ,friendly hotel! 
We stayed here for 10 days and the hotel has a really chilled and relaxing atmosphere, food is very good and varied, deserts are ok but soups and main meals are plentiful and tasty!
Rooms were good, spacious, hard beds, bathrooms and showers were very good! Finally the staff are amazing and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and you are always greeted with a smile and a nice word!

Excellent hotel, great position and tremendous staff

If you’re looking for a perfect all inclusive then this is probably not it. However, it was perfect for us. 

We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Tend to get mostly older guests and many repeat visitors. Everyone is friendly and there’s always someone to chat to and get some recommendations from. The meals are perfect for me. Especially loved the extensive salad bar and the fresh grilled food. The rooms are comfortable with fresh bath towels daily, a small tv and a couple of English language channels - which was handy for watching BBC news as the British government imploded this week! The shower was always hot and the kettle and fridge were useful. The staff, without exception, are all friendly, helpful and pleasant. I felt I could ask for anything and they would do their best to help. 3pm ice cream always felt like a treat. Wouldn’t have felt such a treat if it was available all day.

The things I didn’t like so much are the rooms were not as clean as I expected. Had to clean the room myself on arrival. The floor in particular, it only took a quick run over with a few wet wipes but it was filthy. Also had to remove some of the bedding that smelled clean but was stained, this was changed the next day.  We had to ask for a bedding change after a week as it wasn’t changed every 3 days as stated. Tried asking again 3 days before the end of the holiday but didn’t get done. The smell at the bottom end of hotel can be horrendous at times. Didn’t work out what it was and didn’t really want to know. Thankfully it didn’t reach the restaurant area.  We were in block 3 which was Furthest away from the main hotel.  Quite liked the location but not the smell. Quite a bit was closed eg indoor pool, gym, bar in reception.

Overall we really enjoyed it and as I’ve said it wasn’t perfect but it was perfect for us. We’ll definitely be back and we’ll be more assertive about getting the bed changed more often.

Not perfect - but perfect for us

Ah man 😢. We're back home from our third holiday here. We absolutely love it. The hotel is immaculately clean, cleaned daily, we have had the same maid every time we've been. She is fab. All of the staff are the most polite and friendly guys. Victor the owner is lovely and remembered us every time we've been, after two years of lockdown I didn't expect this. We love the food here, were not bothered about paying for a drink after 11pm because the atmosphere is usually great. Obviously we have no complaints and this year I was delighted to see new sunbeds. Previously, having mobility issues, I had to have help from my other half to get up and down. The new higher ones are brilliant. Tried to book again already but can't book till 14th September, this is a bit late for my other half annual holiday but we'll have a think. Would love to be back next year. Brilliant Again

We are on our last day of a 10 day holiday and after reading some of the reviews I will admit we were a little sceptical of this place.
However, that was all taken away the minute we walked into reception. 
The staff simply can't do enough for you.
The rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard each day. 
There was more than enough storage space for clothing etc.
Showers were lovely too.
Food?.....well.....
I have never eaten so well on holiday.
All inclusive really means all inclusive. I have been eating 2 full meals each meal time because the food is so amazing.
The dessert selection is outstanding and there literally is something for everyone. 
The hotel has cats that roam free, but, as we are cat lovers we found that this added to our holiday.
A Nice added touch are the huts around the pool where you can chill, out of the heat. 
Victor the bar manager is very friendly and arranges the evening entertainment, everything from salsa shows, traditional turkish folk dancing to quiz and bingo nights. 
All of the staff are amazing and work so hard and long hours. 
I've seen some people who treat them with such disrespect and there is no reason. They are not slaves.
This is an adult only hotel but they still have slides at the pool which are activated twice daily so you can let the little kid inside you come out.
Predominantly English guests when we stayed.
I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.
The food will not suit everyone because we all have our own taste. If you want good old fashioned English food and ales then go to butlins, if you want proper Turkish food alongside English then come here.
For day trips and excursions I can recommend leika travel....excellent prices and we weren't disappointed. 
Trips I recommend are....Dalyan and mud bath trip,(£25)  12 island boat trip(£20) , and the cable car journey up babadag mountain to watch the paragliding. (£2.50 taxi and £3.50 return trip on cable cars).
All in all we are very happy with our holiday and are already looking at returning next year.
