The place is really big. In summer Evenings they usually have a Bar (Q-Ba) with Salsa music. The staff is quite helpful and polite although communication in English can be a little bit hard. As a solo traveler, I found the room big enough for me as well as the bathroom. This hotel is really close to the beach. If you need to go to the city center there is a bus stop just in front and you can take a very cheap minibus. The rate per night is fair taking into account that in Summer Dikili is an extremely touristic place. Thank you so much for everything.

Nice place for a weekend

We stayed here and needed a really good night sleep.
Unfortunately the Q- Ba nightclub underneath the hotel had a different plan for us. The music played til 3am, not fun.
Also after killing 10 mosquitos in the room we discovered they must be coming from  the bathroom air vent, so we had to leave it on all night. We tried using a plug in to no avail. 
Also, they were two Rottweilers in garden opposite barking all night!
Booking.com said it had a mini bar- empty, A shower- door hanging off, a kettle - no, alarm clock- no, sound proofed room- not from bar downstairs, 
Managed to get 20% off room but felt it should have been 50% for the 3 hrs sleep we got.
They should mention the night club in their write up!

Noisy mosquito ridden hotel

Location is good, quite close to the beach. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was quite good except the last day. There are some down sides as well. Rooms are small and design is old. The bed was not comfortable at all. I think for its price it was still well worthed.

Good Price and Kind Staff

I mostly really liked this place. Kind of like staying in melrose place. The staff are fantastic and eager to please. The rooms are ok. And lobby is retroish. I would 100% recommend staying here. Don't hesitate any longer... Book it!

Worthwhile

First, I must say the staff was very, very helpful. If this place cost half of what it did, I'd say it was a real deal. The breakfast was good and bed was comfortable. There are some interesting antique items in the lobby, But a broken toilet seat, a nearly broken chair in the room, and flowerboxes filled with nothing but dried and dusty dirt on the stairway sills were some of the things that dragged this place down to a two-star establishment.

So-so to mediocre.

Our room was clean and updated; however, the hotel was undergoing repairs at the time of our trip, so rooftop bar was closed and common areas were a bit dirty/dusty. The hotel is directly across from the beach, so good location; however, a little out of the main part of the town, so car is helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

very short walk across road to beach

This hotel is within walking distance of the beach (100yds). The hotel was in the midst of renovations (dining area, outdoor eating area, some rooms). I was in a renovated room. Clean, neat, bed OK. Great breakfast and I was the only one who was there eating. Great price.
