O have Lovely one day reservation.Hotel terrace has amazing view .They have great staffs helps for organizing tours

First and foremost, i would not recomment the hotel for elderly people or anyone who has leg/back problems. The only way to the hotel is hiking up a steep hill, and then walking up the never ending stairs until finally reaching the reception. After that there is an elevator that reaches the second floor, and if the second elevator is not working like in our case, and your room is above the 2nd floor you have to continue with your hiking journey walking up the stairs until the fourth floor. Regardless of all the hardship, the view of the room was amazing, it had a view of the waterfall.The room itself was good for a night stay, nothing special.The staff were amazing, starting from the parking lot where we had to begin our hiking journey up until the reception, they were kind and helpful.The staff took our luggage in the parking lot and transported them by a cable-car to the reception.Overall, if you're young and have no health problems the hotel is among the best in the area, it has one of the best views to the waterfall.

Nice stay

We had an amazing stay. It is a cozy hotel that is idea for someone looking to get away and relax with incredible views. However, keep in mind that it is not handicap accessible as it does require a steep hike to reach the hotel (it is situated on top of a hill). The staff is very hospitable and friendly. They helped us book a taxi to and from the airport, as well as helped arrange tours/activities we were interested in. We would like to give an honorable mention to Ahmed and Mr. Berkay for ensuring that all of our needs were met.

Good place for chilling. I like the weather and the view. Staff was very friendly and they help us to enjoy our trip. The cleaning service need more improvement and windows need fly screens since there is lot of fly in the area. To make more enhancements to atmosphere needs air conditioning system.

I enjoyed my stay there.

The staff and location are great. The property needs better care and maintenance. The only problem is access to the property. You have to park down by the restaurant and walk a steep hill up to the restaurant. But once you’re up in the hotel, the views are amazing. We would go back there again.

We have requested to change our room and the receptionist responded in a nice way and fulfil our needs. The weather was amazing, but your jacket just in case it rains.

Nice facility, comfortable and relaxing. The only stuff which not liked was to walk up the hill to reach the entrance, thus it is not recommended for old people at all. The breakfast was good, it was not buffet, but was set menu.
