- The behaviour of some people of the restaurant staff (head chef, kitchen manager)/ no professionalism - The room was uncomfortable because of the humidity smell (absence of airing for a long time) - The lock on the room door was damaged and there were some difficulties to open/close it( reported but it was not repaired)
