Located very close to Phayao lake (just crosses the road), the house has a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room, which was on the third floor, was clean and spacious. Every facilities were in good condition. After we had finished our breakfast (boiled rice with minced pork, bread) at a mezzanine floor of the house, we took a stroll along the lakeshore near the house to get some fresh morning air and absorb a pleasant atmosphere. Cool ! P.S. The house had no elevator, we had to ask a staff to carry our (heavy) luggage to the third floor.
