The room was extremely dirty, the walls were in a bad condition and the shower was more than dangerous with water leaking from the electric switch. The bed linen was dirty with spots of cigarette burn. The rooms entrances are from alley between two buildings and the door lockers are ridiculous - consider them as not existent. The window is useless as well. The receptionist first took our money before showing the rooms. He didn't offered a better rooms after our complain (I doubt they have such). He didn't agreed to return the money either. I'm attaching some photos to see it with your eyes. Disgusting place. Don't ruin your vacation to that tropical paradise with this accommodation. Preferably don't book at Krabi town at all! There're so many PARADISE ISLANDS nearby.

A rarely disgusting place. Avoid at all cost!

We had 1 double room with private bathroom. The room was fine. Clean but no housekeeping service. We had to change our trash bin ourselves. However, no sheets or small diaper to cover ourselves. It was a large sheet-like towel... no towels near the bed but there are still some in the room so it's not so awkward. Clean bathroom also with hot water and soap. There is a relaxing area with mattresses on the floor and table chairs it's nice. Beware of mosquitoes. You can rent scooters not far away. Shops and restaurants are nearby too. Staff is not present if needed, however...

Hi, sorry for giving this place 3 stars, it was actually recommended by a friend, but when we went we were disappointed... we had an A/C room upstairs.. there was only 1 outlet in the room and the rooms were too basic for the price... no comforters only towels for cover on our beds and the sheets my friend said weren’t clean... we didn’t feel too comfortable so we left first thing in the morning. The family that runs the guesthouse is is young and quite nice but didn’t know much and couldn’t help us with basic info like transportation etc. but they have a beautiful family with very cute dogs! We didn’t like Krabi in general maybe that’s also why we weren’t happy.

The place is good, room was clean, toilet was cool... But out room had the sun during afternoon and evening, so it got extremely hot! Not even with 2 fans we could freshen it up. 
The staff is super sweet and helpful.

Friendly staff

The staff is kind, the rooms are cheap, so you can't expect much more, and one negative note is that the shower water was getting hot, burning, and it couldn't be regulated, at least in the room I was in.

Budgetary solution

Good quality price ratio, very kind the owners also made my children watch cartoons in Italian. You can stretch clothes to dry in the common area but it's not very comfortable.

Great price for a private room with bathroom!! No need for AC the fans work fine. The owners were so helpful with booking transfers and with any questions we had! Cutest dogs to play with too. Great location a 5 minute walk to the night market.

Amazing budget stay!!!

I stayed here for nearly 20 days in September 2017.  The room is very basic, but the staff are very friendly.   They also let me pay late because my salary was paid into my bank late. They were very kind and understanding.

I come to Krabi quite a lot.  I would recommend this place if you are passing through Krabi because your flight is late, or if you want to transfer to the island the next day.  

It's very good value, so I recommend to cheap backpackers :D  Also, the location is good. it's close to the markets and close to the bars near the river.  

Ignore what the haters are saying. WHat do they expect for 250 baht per night?

Good value. Good location. Nice staff.

-ve - very dirty bathroom and stains on bedsheets. Could hear people going in and out of their rooms next door.

+ve - very cheap and welcoming staff. You can book bus/boat tickets at reasonable price there. Located on a quiet street.

Ok for one night

Took us a while to find at first but fine once we found it! Basic rooms, no air con but fans provided. Rooms quite small and they gave us a big towel instead of a top sheet which was odd. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and we also booked our tickets to Ko Phi Phi with them. Close to good restaurants and the centre of Krabi town.
