Ive stayed here 3 times now because its a great location 5 minutes from the beech, friendly staff, had a few room issues with AC, burst pipe but nothing the staff couldn't sort out for us, room moved twice lol

Great Location 

We eventually checked into a room after paying extra for a cot for our baby. We also paid extra as the original room we were booked into was facing the main dual carriageway road …. very noisy. The management state “fast internet” once it was delivered at 20.00 hours on day of check-in. Just to load a google page takes 10 minutes if your lucky, as internet works on 3G speed internet. The 1 bed appartment was old and dirty. The 1x electric hob that worked (the second hob could not turn on) took 1 hour 30 minutes to boil a small saucepan of water.

The ceiling lights, did not all work, meaning some areas of unit were in darkness. The view that we had to pay an extra AU$300-  for a 7 day stay, was of another block of appartments….,, no view of the ocean at all!

We came into the place as a family, we were given 1x key between us meaning that if 1x person goes out to get out of the block of units and re-enter, you need to swipe a key card on the locked foyer entrance door, equating to the other family person/s having to sit in the dark as the keycard operates the lights in the appartment.

Very badly managed and booking.com completely mis advertise it on the booking.com website….. so beware.

I certainly would NOT recommend anyone to stay in this vintage dirty run down place!

Very old unit very worn
Shower had poor water pressure toilet seat loose supply own toiletries and toilet paper. Water damaged and heavily scratched floors,white sofa was ditched and heavily stained,bedside lamps needed 
Throwing dirty stains,cushions threadbare,and the staff on the same level.Bed full of ants on 6 th floor no cleaners on 3 day stay …..left after 2 days would be embarrassed letting it out.

Sixth floor condo ants in the bed was late night booking for 3 days only stayed two days

As far as I'm concerned, my experience at this condo was excellent. I rented a Studio apartment with partial sea view for one night and the modern room fully met my expectations. Wide and nicely decorated sparkling clean room on the 7th floor. The place is also fully complying with the current sanitary regulations, which is a credit to them. I had no problem checking in and out.  

The location is quite good as well for Hua Hin. This condo is ideally located between the Hua Hin beach and the main shopping malls. One downside: The building is indeed located a bit too close to the main road, so if you'd like a quiet room, I wouldn't recommend the "city view" rooms. 

WiFi connection was great.

A part from that, great value as a whole. I will certainly return.

Excellent value

Old and very run-down. Dirty and un inexperienced staff.  Check-in deposit is from 2000THB to 5000THB for larger rooms. Not worth staying there. In addition, you have to pay for your own electricity which is too expensive. We have to pay 6800THB in electricity for 28days. 
Strong recommendation to find another stay place.

Terrible 

No any connection to the owner. The room have to be clean everyday but we have to pay 400B/days for cleaning. The room is dirty, bathroom is dirty, have mushroom at the refrigerator, at the stove. Personal informes us that we already paid then we leave. One week after the owner send me messages that I’m cheating and don’t want to pay.

Bad!

We had stayed at the Rocco 4 years ago and were looking forward to another great stay. However, that was not to be. We arrived late in the evening and were shown to our apartment by the security guard as the office closes at 6pm. To say we were disappointed is an understatement! The place was dirty and very run down with a badly damaged floor. Next morning we went to the office to check out. We were told there were no refunds and that we had to pay a £125 damage deposit. I was furious given the state of the place and asked the manager to come and look. He seemed visibly shocked but still I could not get a refund and check out. We could not leave without the refund as we had paid for 23 nights up front! Talk about hostages! However, we were offered a slightly less damaged apartment in another 4/5 days time. This was certainly cleaner than the first though the kitchen units, hob and bathroom fitments could do with a good clean. However, the light above the kitchen table was hanging limply, the bathroom blind was damaged, all knobs were missing from doors/drawers, the balcony didn't lock, balcony chairs were unusable and, worst of all, there was a smell from the kitchen sink every time we entered the room (we discovered there was no trap under the sink). On top of this, the dirty sofa was totally uncomfortable to sit on and the TV had only one channel in English ... Al Jazeera news! The hotel pool water is cold and there is nowhere to sunbathe. Finally, after 16 nights we had had enough and left despite having paid for a further week. To add insult to injury we had to pay another bill for electricity used during our stay. Our bill was around £55 despite having turned off the air con every time we went out. We will certainly not return and we advise all people looking at this property to think carefully.

Dirty and in need of refurbishment

They offer studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments on daily or monthly rates. 
A short walk from the beach, restaurants & bars. Midway between Bluport & Market Village shopping malls.
They don't have a coffee shop or restaurant on their own premises.


Rocco condominiums Hua Hin.

I stayed here on 31Jan. The website vastly over exaggerated the benefits of this hotel. It is on a main road opposite a big construction site and the hospital. The booking.com site shows the hotel as being on a side street. I could not sleep with all the noise. Furniture is old. I was put on a main road with the "city" view of the construction site. The reception would not listen so i checked out after one horrible night and left them 2 days rent. Very bad deal for over 2000 Baht per night.

It is advertised as "good" fitness centre - more hyperbole - it is very basic. Sofa is also overstated - it i sa sob settee which folds down - hardly enough for 2 people. TV channels very limited and small old tv with bad reception. All up - dont bother with this place.

Main road noise

We stayed in Room 812, we book this though booking.com 
At first glance all looks well, TV only has 3 channels all news, no movie or sports channels very basic. Soferbed like sitting on concrete, the room is next to elevator and all the time you here a humming noise which never stops so it's anoughing when trying to sleep.
The view from balcony, well if you look to the right you get a very good view of a building site which is going to be there for at least 2 years,. Most of all this room is invested in ANTS. All in the bed.
There is no towel or bedding change, no toilet paper, you surply your own . only once a week the owner informed us, good job we had our own towels. There is also maintaince work going on in condo block so plenty of drilling noice and banging.
Needs attention badly.
We would not stay here again, you have been warned.
