27 reviewsOur House, a five-room guesthouse with a cafe on the first floor, is an overall good choice for Chiang Mai. The location is superb--directly within the walls in my favorite quadrant of the old city and within easy walking distance to many vegan/vegetarian restaurants. The room is comfortable, everything works well including the wifi which was reliable with no outages. The only negative is the worn carpet which should be replaced soon. The owners were very nice and went out of their way to help me get a tuk-tuk to the bus terminal. They are not there at night but there is a number where they can be contacted; also, remember to bring your keys when you leave at night. Finally, there are many stairs to the top floor. I am 68 and they were not a problem, but if you have a disability, they may be difficult to negotiate. I would stay here again.
