In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking-in at the hotel. Cardholder name must also match with guest’s identification document or guest may be asked to pay with alternative method. The cancellation the check in date or early check out will be charged total amount of booking as penalty. === Please kindly note the existing bed policies for children as follows: One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child aged between 4 - 11 years is charged THB 400 per night when using existing beds and this includes breakfast.
