140 reviewsI just run away like hell from nightmare hotel. I walk around and need to find new hotel. I came in this hotel and met a nice guy name Mr. Ivano. I asked him if the hotel has available room, he said he has only family room. I told him the horrible experience with my current hotel. He feel sorry for me and very kind to give me this family room to stay. The hotel is very clean, staffs are very nice and welcoming. I would to express my gratitude for his kindness and his manager for the family to stay during my trip around Lugano area. Thanks a lot!
