As previously stated, very convenient as it is across from the Interlaken West Station.  That is the better, quieter train station (versus Interalaken East) for traveling to/from the region and easier to book reservations.  The Coop and another regional supermarket were reasonably close as well for supplies.  But, the other clientele were sometimes quite rude.  One of the nights, a group of young men in the room above us were screaming drunkenly to friends in the street in the middle of the night.  The quality of the rooms is fairly basic, but there was a good TV and everything worked just fine.  Breakfast was limited to coffee/tea and a baked good, but that is common for the region.  For the cost of visiting this area during high tourist season in July, the room was fine.  If you want cute, flashy or to be catered to - expect to pay twice the rate of this hotel.  I guess it all comes down to what you want.  The hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous with my mother, so I would recommend it to friends after explaining the information above.

Convenient but noisy

The location is really good - literally across the road from Interlaken West train station which was such a relief as this was our first actual destination following 24 hours of travel from Australia. No lifts though, and the "free breakfast" was ridiculous. It was one small crossiant, one bread roll, a couple of condiment sachets and a small glass of juice. No second helpings either! One morning my boyfriend didn't eat his roll. The next morning, his plate only had a croissant on it. No roll! The wait staff were all really nice, the owners not so much. Plus, I  accidentally left my prescription sunglasses behind and when I emailed them to ask I didn't even get a reply. (Admittedly, my email was written in English). Accommodation in Interlaken is always insanely expensive, but for what we got this was massively overpriced. 

Adequate (just) 

Only one thing was great about this hotel was its location, otherwise the hotel was below average. The hotel is exactly opposite to interlaken west station.Rooms had wooden flooring which were making noise when you walk. Check in was quick , there was no lift so, had to carry the luggage. Breakfast spread was very limited, but lady serving breakfast was quite welcoming. We also got a free city bus pass for the duration of our stay.

Great location, but below average property!

There is attitude problem of Hotel staff.There is no lift in hotel Budget is too high compared to room service. Breakfast is compulsory which was very poor in quality.They should have thick of customer perspective.There is indian food in restaurant of the hotel which is too high.Please do not book in Hotel bahnhof, which is waste of money.

There is no lift and bad attitude of reception boy.Not good hotel to stay.

This is an average hotel to stay. We stayed two nights during our trip to Switzerland with family. This is just in front of the Interlaken west train station. The staff was good and friendly. Room was very clean but the corridor could have been more clearer. It also has a Indian restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel which is very good and there are plenty of other food options too nearby. They don't have lifts so you have to lift your luggage with you even though there are just two floors. Also they don't have cameras in the hotel so you always wonder about safety of your luggage in your absence.
