My new favorite place to stay in Gothenburg! 

Really well-located and well-appointed apartments, perfect for business or pleasure. I was on the top floor in a large studio apartment. It had a mostly separate bedroom (with very comfy bed), large dining table and chairs,  and a comfy couch. The kitchen was open to the dining/living area and had everything one could need — fridge, freezer, combo oven/microwave, etc. 

The bathroom was small but complete, with a nice walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. 

There are also washing machines that can be booked and used free of charge. 

The location was ideal — steps from many good restaurants, shopping, the train station, and parks. 

The only thing missing was an English news channel (BBC or CNN would be nice). 

I definitely will stay here next time I am in Gothenburg!

Lovely apartments in the center of Gothenburg

A mix of plus and minus.
Plus: 
- excellent positons in the centre of Goteborg, 2 minutes away from Central Station, 15 min walking to the Fair
- large and spacey apartments
- nice design
Minus:
- no other services avaiable in the structure, even check-in must be at selected times
- no breakfast, only in a sister Hotel 5 minutes away
So you may judge if its value is 2, 3 or 4 balls according to your individual requiremenrs.

Real design Apartments

Design Apartments is centrally located in the city of Gothenburg,Sweden. The apartment doesnt come cheap but the location is what you pay for. The apartment is tiny but tidy also.It is good for a couple or for a traveler for a short stay.

The apartment is fully furnished with TV, Sofa,Bed, a tiny kitchen,refrigerator. 

The Apartment is close to the "Central Station", Nordstan mall. Commuting from the apartment is extremely easy with tram stations/bus stations at a very walkable distance.

The staff at the apartment is extremely professional and helpful.

The only thing which can be better was the availability of more washing machines in the apartment. You will have to reserve the washing machines to do your laundry and it is extremely difficult to avail a washing machine on the weekends. I had to book at odd times,late in the nights on weekdays to do my laundry. Also the language on the Washing Machines is Swedish, so it makes it that much more difficult to operate.

Best Location, Decent apartments

We stayed here for two nights and the apartment was a great size for a family of four and well-equipped for cooking. It’s nicely decorated, and there are little touches like Swedish magazines on the coffee table. There is one laundry facility for the whole complex, but I was able to sign up and use it easily, although it's a bit of a hike. Due to the building structure, our apartment was a little oddly situated between the elevator/courtyard/stairs, and we generally took four flights of old stone steps to get to the apartment (good exercise!) The apartment had no views, but was located very close to a fashionable shopping district and cafés. The biggest drawback was the construction noise, not the fault of Design Apartments of course, but the trucks started arriving at 5:30 right outside our windows!!!

Emma was a dream to book with, she was friendly and helpful and got back to me right away. They don’t take credit cards, so we had to pay ahead of time by bank draft, but Emma assured me that we could make other arrangements when we got there if necessary. Unfortunately, she was on vacation while we were there, and we didn’t meet Pernilla until we were leaving; I think that if we had a chance to ask a few questions about Göteborg that would have made us feel more welcome and comfortable.

Very nice apartment

This was a great choice for our weekend trip to Gothenburg. The team were really helpful when I was making the booking and discussing arrangements for payment and checkin / checkout.  The location is great, very central but quiet. There's a great place just nearby that does a breakfast buffet so no need to feel like you're missing out on a B&B or hotel breakfast. We had the studio on the top floor which was lovely and modern and very comfortable. The 'receptionless' checkin (because we arrived outside their reception hours) was seamless and actually much quicker than a normal checkin would be. Very holy recommended!

Highly recommended - great location, great service, nice apartment

These apartments are a great option if you’re considering staying in Gothenburg. The apartments are just next to the four starts Radisson hotel, but for almost half the price and a very good quality. If you don’t need a hotel service, like breakfast, meals, room service, ironing, etc, I would strongly advice to stay at these apartments. 

Location
The location is the very best, next to shopping street, supermarket, art museum, train station, metro, etc. All that you can think off is at 5/10 minutes walking distance. 

The apartments
They have several sizes that you can opt depending on your needs. There is no washing machines, no stove. The kitchenette is small with a microwave, two burners, a very large fridge with freezer, a sink and loads of utensils enough to cook. We cooked everyday and were more than enough for two persons and one baby. A laundry room is available in another building for free (including soap), with The living room is quite large, but the room was a bit small, however still enough space to have a cot that was provided for free, including baby bed linen.

The service
The reception is opened during the working hours and the staff is very helpful. We had a small problem with our bed that was promptly solve on the following day. 

Overall a great 12 days stay!!
