The hotel was extremely good in many respects. It faces a beautiful beach that has rarely anyone on it, a private paradise that is difficult to find elsewhere in Sri Lanka, where most beaches are full of tourists. My room was very large and pleasant with a gorgeous view of the beach. The staff were extremely helpful, and without them I would not have seen so much of Sri Lanka as I did. The organized day trips, hired guides and cars, found me restaurants, and overall just made everything happen for me without the slightest hassle. If you want a peaceful place to relax far from busy cities, close to beautiful beach, and yet being able to go to many different parts of Sri Lanka, I would recommend this hotel.
