Me and a friend stayed here on our way back from Sinharaja to Colombo, and we loved the place! The owners are incredibly nice and will answer all your questions. When we checked out the next day and payed, my plan was to give them a tip; but the lady kept bringing us fresh mango's and would not take no for an answer haha, really sweet! 
The place itself is great too, with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice terrace and great beds. Would absolutely recommend this place, also because it is close to the city centre, but not in the crazy crowded area.

Very friendly owners and great facilities!

We found it by chance just passing by Rathnapura on our way to Colombo, we had no booking and arrive late when they had already closed the gate. We had a very good experience as we could stay in our own in the second floor, the place is well designed and has all facilities, the owners are really helpful and make you feel like at home.

Friendly and cozy atmosphere

Very comfortable and cozy house with warmly welcome owners, everything made with love. 
We've been staying for one night on our way to Colombo at the room on second floor. The room was nice and clean, kitchen with all necessary and terrace on second floor, place for parking a car and swimming pool. Perfect for relax and feel like at home :)

Feel like at home

Enjoyed my stay there, it is in a secluded and quiet outskirt of the town. Place is very clean and the family hosts are wonderful people and very helpful. I arrived dripping wet with a muddy bike and mr Gunerwadene welcomed me and helped me to wash and dry my clothes and let me use a hose to clean my bike too. His wife cooked a delicious meal, spending hours cooking just for myself. Downside i have only found were few power cuts during my stay (probably bad luck and not their fault) and it is not easy to find the place but this seems a normal thing in Sri Lanka!

Very good

This hotel is located near Ratnapura city. You have to go few kilometres from Ratnapura city. While we were going to "Sri padha" from "palabaddala" route we stayed in this hotel.

Friendly staff. My booking cost was 5000 rupee. This is high cost compared to facilities. Good location. Cleanliness is good. But have to improve facilities inside hotel.

Parking space available. Relaxing environment. Rooms were with good enough space. Washroom facilities were good. Good hygiene.

You can visit Ratnapura museum from this hotel. And also this place is good to stay while going to "Sri padha" mountain. But little far away from there. 

Overall good service in this hotel. Price is little high.
