We were very happy to have met such an enthusiastic young man. The owner is building a 3 storey guest house and the plans look amazing. The first floor is finished and the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The view is spectacular. We just had to ask him to start construction work a little bit later in the morning. We asked for a blanket and a kettle to make coffee and tea in our room. He has placed really low prices while works are in progress, totally worth it in the mean time. Transport to the lake is about 300 rupees.
