We stayed here for 5 days, the owners are a lovely couple who were so accommodating and treated us like family. 

We chose the fan room closest to the beach and Bodhi Cafe which is attached to the back of this property. I did yoga every morning on the deck overlooking the ocean and my boyfriend surfed multiple times a day. this was all so easy to have a room right on the beach and for that price it’s pretty hard to beat! Location in regards to the town is walking distance to everything, tuktuks are everywhere for when you don’t feel like walking. 

We requested fruit for breakfast and it was great. We organised transport to the airport through the owners, which was easy and good. We love to stay in guest houses with local people and have a chat and get to know people. thank you for a lovely stay, so sad to leave! Til next time. Leanna and wilson.

Perfect for us 

Specially if you are a girl who travels alone this place is the best for you. 

The owners are a sweet couple who make sure you are ok and its a save place to be in. 

You are in front of the sea and you have a quiet environment if you want to sleep, and party places around too if you wanna party. 

But at least you dont have club music in your room, which is good ( not like in other places). 

Its a clean place they give you clean towels and the environment is peacefull and nice, the location is really good for anything you wanna do, yoga, surf, party, beach... all of this just around that place. 

So this place is definetely recomendable!

Very nice place with nice owners

I’m not sure what the other reviews are for, but it’s not fir this place ... no noel, no beautiful wife. Just an old couple who run the place (they are ok) and very very basic accommodation. The location is great though - right across from main break. 

Nice try but not what you see on other reviews 

Amazing hosts (Noel and his beautiful wife) who made us feel welcomed and loved. They are only too happy to help organise any trips and transport.
Comfortable and clean rooms - slept like a baby there.
Good, easy breakfast included.
The bar area is the perfect place to relax, meet fellow travels and is much more chilled than other surrounding bar/guesthouses.

What an Amazing Location! You are seconds away from the beach! Great for any surfers out there! The sea is very strong here! Big waves 4ft etc!
Brilliant hosts who are more than happy to help and make sure our stay was the best it could be! They organised a trip to the local lagoon and turtle sanctuary aswell as snorkling! 
Run by an amazing couple who are always smiling and made us feel more like family than guests!
Beautiful sunsets! 
The breakfast is included in the price and you can get a Sri Lankan breakfast or an English breakfast which is eggs, toast, coffee or tea and a fruit juice!
They have surfboards there if you need to rent them!
The room was clean, modest but comfortable, you can't really complain for the price! 
Right in the centre where there are bars coffee shops etc! 
I literally can't stress enough how amazing our stay was! 
We will defiantly be back!
