Very friendly and smiling staff.
What was bad
The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The price per night is 150 euros and the rooms are old and smelly. Maybe there are others, but ours was like a 1-star hotel. Walls made of paper, you can hear your neighbors. A sheet to cover yourself. It was cold so we found blankets in the closet. They certainly weren't washed after each guest. It was disgusting.
