Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos are allowed and with a daily supplement of €15 per day. The conditions are that they request it in advance before arrival and they cannot stay alone at any time, nor can they stay in the common areas and avoiding the inconvenience of barking to other guests. The payment of the pet will be made in the establishment itself. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the bank card that will be subject to your reservation, the holder of the reservation being responsible. Payment for the reservation will be made at the time of check-in. Leaving a card attached to secure any supplement in your stay. A security pre-authorization will be made the day before the arrival date to guarantee your reservation. If you wish to pay in cash, you can do so at the establishment during physical reception hours.
