Reception staff are very diligent, CARING, hospitable 24/7 led by Queen Violeta, Princess Rosita, Duchess Johanna, Empress Maria, Nika, Carlos, and the rest of team in both buildings H and M. Management work hard to PLEASE the guests, Katia works hard running the back office operations. :) The rooms are nice with the basic amenities you need for a short or long stay with ensuite bathrooms, a TV, a balony with seaside, mountainside, and city views. Luggage storage is available before, after your stay. There are 2 pools one small one and the other one is on an incline near the mountainside.
