Just home from a short visit to Barcelona. Loved the city and the people. The place you stay in can make or break any trip, and these apartments definitely helped make a fantastic few days in a wonderful city. 

From booking and communication with the owners was all very smooth. We arrived a good few hours before check in but we were met at the apartment by a lovely girl( not sure what her name was) who checked us in and took our cases, and told us she will store them and call when the rooms are ready. 

Just over a hour later she called and we we returned to be met by Albert who took us up to the apartment. What a lovely friendly guy who showed us around told us the usual dos and don'ts. 

The apartment was clean spacious and equipped with everything you could need. 

The apartments are within walking distance to La Ramblas with all the eating and drinking places you could wish for. 

So just to summarise I'd give these apartments 10/10 and when back in Barcelona I'll definitely be staying here again.

Lovely clean central apartments 

We had two apartments for the weekend. Albert and the team made it very easy for us from check in to departure. Lots of recommendations of things to do.

The location is perfect for accessing all areas of Barcelona.

The apartments were both clean and spacious, with the facilities that you would need.

If I return to Barcelona again, it is a no-brainer to book to stay at Serennia Apartments.

Excellent accommodation...

This lovely hotel room was Very Clean and Tidy,  a 2 minute walk to Placa De Cataluna (which is at the top of La Rambla) it has easy access from the airport by bus getting off at Placa Universitat with about 150m walk to the hotel. We were very late getting in from the airport(thanks Emerites) however a special thanks to Bridget for staying  and letting us into our unit(office hours finish at 9pm normally) we stayed in the annex and once we got used to using the four keys to get into the apartment everything was great.

Very Clean and Tidy

We stayed as a group at Serennia Apartments and loved our stay!  The whole apartment was clean and tidy, rooms were spacious.  Albert was really helpful and explained everything to us very well and was very friendly.  Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment in perfect location

No doubt the apartment was perfect in every way and it’s location is brilliant... a maximum twenty minute walk to all of the most popular and famous destinations and if not up for the walking, it’s very close to the metro stations. The staff were fantastic and so welcoming which can be rare to find. They gave us wonderful advice and recommendations as to food and how to reach different destinations and looked after us even when we had checked out of the apartment as they warmly offered a safe place to keep our bags for our flight that evening. They would always have a smile on their faces which of course made it even more of a delightful stay. Would most definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona and would highly recommend it for all those looking to have a wonderful experience in Barcelona and wanting to easily get to the must see sites.

The Gordon’s Wonderful Experience

9 of us stayed here for my mate's stag do and all agreed it was the perfect fit for what we needed.  There were 4 rooms which were all a decent size and clean,  the living room / kitchen area had plenty space for sitting about before heading out and there were 2 bathrooms which were had everything you needed.  We had problems with the oven and toaster so ended up just making do without.  The location was pretty good as well being only a short walk from the ramblas and the subway.  We were on the 2nd floor so were able to sit out on the balcony being far enough removed from the street.  Overall for the price we thought it was great and enjoyed having all the boys together in one apartment.

Stag Do Trip

Great set of apartments. We were a big group of 24 friends across 3 apartments and everything was perfect. 
The cleanliness of the apartments deserves a special mention, having had previous stays in Barcelona marred by unclean stays, this place was spotless and provided the perfect place to relax in the warm Barca sunshine. Thanks again, will visit again.

Great and very clean

Great location, everything was pretty much walking distance. The staff were very friendly, we requested a late checkout and it was a smooth transition. Considering there was ten of us staying there, the staff gave us a lot of trust. Which was one our biggest stresses when booking places. Overall, great experience and will highly recommend. 
P.s: Albert is a legend!

Great stay!

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and have had a great weekend. The location is brilliant and the apartment is spacious with 2 bathrooms, kitchenette and seating area plus balcony and dressing area off one of the bedrooms. 

I would like to give it 5 stars but can’t for a few reasons:

The apartment on the 4th floor has an awful sewage smell. No air fresheners were provided and we had to keep the windows open to try to sort the problem out. I would imagine it would be horrendous in the summer months. We would have complained but (see below) the reception service was lacking and having wasted so much time waiting for maintenance to NOT fix the safe we didn’t want to stay in any longer. 

The safe was locked shut and we asked to have it opened when we arrived. We were told someone would be up in 5 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting we went back to reception to ask if it could be opened and were told they had lost the key and were looking for it. The safe was not sorted out the entire time we were there and we wasted a lot of time waiting around for the non-existent key. 

We loved the location but am not sure if we would stay again really because of the sewage problem. 

Brilliant location and size 

Apartments in the perfect location for exploring Barcelona. Apartments had everything you need and so much room. 
Only thing that was a problem was the noise from the street in the master bedroom. As there were just shutters due to it being a traditional building the noise got right in and the road outside was busy at all times of day and night. The problem was simply fixed by me buying earplugs however and had a perfect nights sleep afterwards!
