We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as part of our korea package. Room is big with 1 queen size bed for me and my husband and 1 single bed for my daughter. The breakfast is good but the restaurant is quite small. The toiletries are all good. The only set back is the location as it is quite far from restaurants and shopping areas

Don't be fooled by the pictures. If you book and check in, please request the room with computers and jacuzzi. The room can be quite small especially when you bring back all your shopping stuff. Free bottle water and the breakfast buffet not much choice though.

Just ok

So nice hotel! Its clean, new, modern, deebak (korean) lah! No complain... Just take note no iron as most hotel in korea... And towel small2.. But its not a problem for me 😀😄... Breakfast is orait for muslim traveller.. U have egg,porridge,bread,cereal,salad,fruits, etc... Down the road around 10mins walk is stretch of road where u can shop... I do not interact with the staff much except in the restaurant, as our room are booked by our travel agent... But they look friendly n speak English too... So if u dont expect much like iron,big towel (tho i think we can request as they do provide 1 big towel on my 2nd day) , then expect a nice cosy stay... Oh there was jacuzzy in the room too... Some have sauna room to in the bathroom! Deebak! Awesome!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The room is nice with basic facilities. They provide hair dryer but no iron. Breakfast is okay with halal food such as bread, fries, tuna sandwich, egg, salad and corn soup, etc. Chef is very nice person. But front desk not friendly. This hotel is very far. We went to Lotte World Mall for our must go place, Hard Rock Cafe by taxi and been told the fare is 15000 won but to our surprised, paid very expensive fare, 23000 won. Wrong info from the tour agent and hotel staff. So decided to go back hotel by train and the fare only 2410 won per person. To go back hotel from Lotte World Mall, from Jamsil station just take line number 2 green color to Kkachisan station. There are 22 stops and take about 1 hour 15 minutes. After 18 stops, need to get out fròm train at Sindorim station. However, just remain at the same spot, wait for few minutes before another train come to continue to kkachisan station. Once arrived, just walk out straight from the station. Our landmark is Holly Coffe at traffic light junction, then just turn right and go straight. Hotel is on your left.

Nice hotel

It is 8 minutes walk from kkachisan station exit number 3, walk straight when you exit from exit 3 until the interchanges with red light then turn right. It is about 700 meter from the red light. The staff had quite good english and kindly welcomed me. The room itself was quite spacious with a foyer. It consisted of bedroom and toilet. The bedroom consisted a comfortable bed, 2 pillows, a work table with a personal computer, and a TV. The toilet consisted of bath, sit toilet, and a bathtub. It also provided 2 kimonos and slippers. Woth the nice facilities and affordable price, consider to go back.

Nice and clean hotel. Good service. No open restaurant though which is a drawback. Never tried the breakfast as my expectations were low.

Big drawback that the room smelled like an ashtray even though it was a non smoking room. 

All in all an average experience. Nice neighbourhood with some OK sushi restaurants and a very big shopping mall.
