Close to the sea, good parking, large balcony, 1 minute walk to local convenient store, but a little bit far from downtown

Nice sea view and large room

At country b and b we got a 1 bedroom apartment for 383,000 wan total for 5 nights room only basis. For the size and location was a very good price. It was nice to have lots of space for a fairly long stay and to be able to prepare some basic breakfast and a quick pasta meal. 
The good points:
1. very very helpful owner who is always available and able to book things for you and help you out
2. huge space

Improvement areas:
1. larger towels in the shower (they are all hand towel size which us apparently what you get here)
2. plates (there was only 1, we should have asked for more bue we had out own plastic ones so made do
3. glasses - there are none we made do with the mugs
4. cutlery - forks and knives would have been good - spoons and chopsticks were provided
5. cooking pot - one is provided we requested and were given an additional one
6. bed side shelves or cabinets - there is nothing there although there is a narrow shelf on the headboard - we used our empty suitcases to put books and other small night time items on
7. drawers or shelves for clothing - only hanging space and only 3 hangers, we had to use the small drawers of the tv cabinet in the living room for our clothes, the 1 shelf in the wardrobe was full of bedding so no space for our stuff.
8. bathroom shelf - there was no space in the bathroom for our toiletries to we had to keep them under the TV in the living room.
9. Bedding - it would be really good to have a flat top sheet - the duvet provided was too warm but without it i was cold, a cotton should would have done the trick, i did request it but seems it was not available... 
10. Noise travels! there were a bunch of very noisy kids around and no one seemed to ask them to be respectful of the peace and quiet of other guests!

All the above items are super easy and cheap and improvements that would make the space so much more comfortable.

The location may not suit everyone, we had booked a rental car but did not realise we needed an international drivers licence so the car company would not give us the car, so we had to rely on taxis and buses - all very cheap (from the airport 38,000), so we probably didn't get to see everything we wanted to but we were happy. Note that if you come out of the property and turn left heading towards the sea you can pick up Olle trail 7 heading east to  Oedolgae Rock - a top attraction that you can walk to from the country b and b!

I highly recommend this place.

excellent value, very helpful owners

Off to a shaky start in Jeju when we could not get the rental Car due to not having an international license! First country where I was ever asked for that. So taxi to country BnB (at under 40 Euro we were happy). 
When we arrived Song helped with the bags and asked what about the rental car. He helped us plan with buses (great bus service from around the corner to almost anywhere) and taxis. 

The room was spacious (a little spartan but that is ok for me) small kitchenette table 4 chairs,  fridge etc. Lounge with Sofa and big TV. Separate bedroom. Both rooms open on to a balcony (we requested top floor).  A little short on cutlery. Apparently just having little hand towels is the local thing. Looking out at one of the islands over orange groves so pretty good view. 
\A short walk down the hill gets you to a walking trail passing Odelgae and on to Cheonjiyeong Falls and into Seogwipo.

Song also offers diving from the BnB which I did not know before - he has the equipment there and its new looking.

Super host !

I luckily found this place after long hours of web search. This B&B has great owners who are willing to help their guests. In fact, he gave a ride to Seogwipo City twice since
I didn't rent a car during my solo travel to Jeju. All the rooms are sea view rooms and in particular rooms on the third floor have an amazing sea view. The large lawn in front of this B&B is well maintained and you can enjoy free mandarins if your visit to Jeju is winter. Above all, this place is pretty cheap. If you are buget travellers and want to feel the warm heart of Korean people, this B&B is the place for you. I will definetely choose this place for my next visit to Jeju with my family, even though my wife may want to stay at Hotel Shilla. I'm sure this place beats Shilla.
