I really enjoyed my stay here. This is an excellent guest house and hostel (with some single rooms with shared bathroom) at an excellent price that was clean and in a good location if you want to be near downtown Jeju. The manager is nice, speaks decent English and provided excellent customer service. All the staff here is nice so do not hesitate to ask them questions about Jeju. It is within quick walking distance to the Harbor, night market, mall and other downtown attractions.

 A convenience store is across the street from the Guest House, laundry can be done on the premises for a reasonable fee and public transit is nearby if needed.The free breakfast was good with free coffee and tea available all day, the wi-fi worked well and the overall environment is quiet and pleasant. The people who worked there spoke decent English and gladly answered any questions guests I had. There is a good and comfortable common area to meet other people staying there. A nice mix of Koreans and foreigners were there during my stay and I met some cool people. If I need a place to stay in downtown Jeju I will come back here.

Excellent guesthouse and cool place to stay

The staff does not speak english that well but they are very very helpful and nice. The guesthouse itself was small but very clean and cozy. It makes you feel like you are home. The wifi is a bit slow but it works. Although we booked a 4 bed room, we got a free upgrade to a double room! The breakfast is very nice as well. Overall I would definitely come back here!! 

Really nice guesthouse! 

Stayed there for one night with my Mom and booked the double bunk room via email (find on website). The guesthouse is small and cosy. Nicely decorated and welcoming. Clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly and even though the room was rather small, it had everything that we needed (aircon and hairdryer as well). The bathroom was communal - body wash,shampoo and conditioner provided which was nice despite having our own. Also, breakfast was included (I was unaware) and it was a mixture of western and Korean food (eggs, toast, jam, salad, coffee/tea/juice, cereal, soup, rice). You had to cook everything yourself though and clean up which wasn't too much of an effort. It is located close to the bus stops and the ATMs are easy to find. It was a bit  difficult to find the place even with instructions but  always look up (at the buildings) if you get lost when in Korea. The signs are there. Overall it was a good,quiet stay and a great place to recharge if flying arriving late. The owner will also help you with any problems that you might be having during your travel in Jeju.

Comfortable stay

It's at Jeju city, good location, near to Dongmun market and underground shopping center. Can reach the guesthouse from airport by bus#100, drop off at citizen hall. The guesthouse is hidden at the alley, but can get easily by following the map provided. 
The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the staff (I guess he is the boss), can speak fluent English and he helped us book taxi to airport. Breakfast is provided : bread, jam, cheese, rice, cereal and etc.
Overall, we had a great time here. Recommended !

Good stay, friendly staff

Agreed with the previous negative feedbacks. This place is the worst place I've ever stayed in South Korea. Location of the guesthouse is very bad. Far from the city center,in a smelly alley. Rooms are small. Internet works in the common room on the first floor only. So if you are staying on the second floor you are not connected. It's like a military camp. You meet the written restrictions everywhere. One of them was very funny; "don't take shower after 10 pm"  Besides, it's clean if you collect the hairs from the ground on your own. For the price you pay for this hostel, you can stay in a definetely much better place in the center of jeju.
