It's a great place to stay to sleep, and to stay for more than a month, plus if you're traveling and want to stay for a long time or a long stay, but it's also a good place to stay in case you want a whole week. This place provides a lot of food, so spending food won't be so expensive in case you want to save and eat inside, it's also a very quiet and comfortable place, as well as the host is very nice person, very friendly, and always cares about their customers and comfort. It also has many products that many other accommodations do not include, as may be in the food I have already mentioned before such as bread, copper, milk, eggs, water, coffee, sugar, salt and oil. It also provides bathroom products such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, in addition to that it also has a gym inside the house in case one wants to get fit, and can't go out or don't want to go out for a day, can be in the gym and use it, plus it also has a computer that we can use and a television that can be seen in the living room. Even despite Seoul's distance, public transport works very well, and the stop is next door. In addition to the fact that the host is willing to approach a closer area depending on where you want to travel, and yet it is very easy to move from this area to Seoul, so transportation won't be a problem, even if it takes more than 40 minutes to get to Seoul, as everything works very fast. And if you're wondering where to stay, I advise you to stay in this house as you won't be disappointed.

Best place to stay, make a reservation now!

I just moved to Korea and before I would move to my own place, I had to find some where temporary to stay. Honestly I am greatful that I found Good Moments. When I arrived at the airport, the host went out of his way to pick me up. He was very helpful and considerate during my stay. If I had any questions, he answered them and directed me. The guesthouse was cosy and had everything that I could possibly need to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I had the opportunity.

Amazing Cosy Stay

I recently went on a trip to Seoul, South Korea and stayed at the Better Guest House the entire duration of my stay. I was initially only planning to stay a couple of days, but I was so blown away by the service and hospitality, I had to stay longer. The host was incredible! I contacted him last minute late at night when my flight landed and not only did he answer my call immediately, but he came and picked me up from the airport. The place was very clean and spacious and I was able to use all of the facilities (kitchen, laundry machine, TV, etc.) freely. My host helped me convert money so I wouldn't have to pay bank fees, he showed me around the neighborhood and where I could buy food/regular supplies, and provided occasional free car rides into the city. Another very cool thing he did was take myself and other residents on day trip to a local/historic Buddhist temple and a popular shopping pier FOR FREE. The only thing we payed for that day was our food at the traditional Korea restaurant. The service was above and beyond; the host made my stay very convenient and I am grateful for his kindness. I will return here if I travel to Seoul again.

Honestly,,, it is very excelent for backpackers or small group. Wifi, washing machine, kitchen, pickup services, hot water bath, thats all make me comfort there... Recomended for stay in long time backpack...

my trip my adventure

First of all, please ignore that negative disgusting lying review from Barrisha. It is damn right fraudulent as I stayed at the same time.
This place is great. The apartment is stunning and very modern. The location is far out of Seoul so maybe an hour each way on the bus to the city. 
The host is wonderful. Very kind and welcoming to this home. Informative about the area and Korea, and also about how to use water and the kitchen etc.
He provides free water, cereal, milk, coffee and other stuff to use as you please.
Modern kitchen you can prepare meals in.
The rooms are spacious and clean.
Great wifi.
The bathroom is spotless and the shower, powerful and warm. The comment about mould below is hilarious. Mould on the door also? Wow. The bathroom is new and spotless. Not sure how mould forms inside a new bathroom that is constantly being cleaned but ok? 
The host doesnt clean? He almost breaks down every molecule of litter or food into the correct bags and bins. How can you question if he cleans when he is this precise haha!?
Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Korea. It is very cheap also!

Great homely stay with a great host

We stayed at this lovely guesthouse for 7 days and it really felt like a home away from home - we were too comfortable! :D Thanks so much to the host for taking us hiking and tearing us to a delicious korean meal!! What a cutie pie!! Really recommend this home :)

Thoughtful and accommodating :)

I booked this hostel looking to find people to meet in south korea, as it was my first time visiting. After booking I immediately received clear instructions of how to get to the hostel from the airport and how the door lock works, which were convenient for finding my way to the hostel.

During my stay I had lots of fun with the people which were staying at the hostel. They introduced me to korean culture and we went grocery shopping in a big supermarket a few stops away with the bus (busstop is really close by the hostel!). We also went to a karaoke bar and we hiked the tallest mountain in incheon with the host and other elderly korean people which were very friendly.
Ive eaten lots of korean food while I was in the hostel and I now really look forward to eating more korean food!

All in all, I had a wonderful stay (3 days), and I would definitely book again at better hostel incheon.

Great hostel, with wonderful people

Our overall rate during our stay here at Better Guest House was great. I will refer to relatives and friends who plans to visit Seoul soon. For them to experience the different customer services that was accorded to us. Many thanks for the assistance.

Great place!

Chungi was a very kind and generous host. The hostel is clean, in great condition, and has everything you need for free. Though a bit far because it involves a bus transfer, Chungi is willing to come meet you at the station. Would stay again!
